I had the same issue. I asked them by support that my dependent is not showing up, so they updated the appointment and added the dependent details but now the problem is, my dependent has different appointment date than mine. Not same day. So I have sent another support request for this, let's see if they update it or not.

Hi, I just want to update about my issue. As I mentioned earlier my DS confirmation no. was printed wrongly on my visa appointment page. As suggested by the visa support staff, I filled a new DS 160 and submitted both old and new DS 160 forms on my biometrics day. The staff updated my Confirmation number and took my biometrics, next day I attended the interview and my visa got approved. Hope this information will be helpful.

I had the same issue. I asked them by support that my dependent is not showing up, so they updated the appointment and added the dependent details but now the problem is, my dependent has different appointment date than mine. Not same day. So I have sent another support request for this, let's see if they update it or not.
