God! For real. I totally agree about commentaries. I go little crazy whenever I have to read through a page of commentary just to get to a biscuit recipe. Ingredients, time, temperature, and techniques are all I need. Save the stories about grandma for somewhere else. Also, this is a great video!

Just subscribed. I like that you just get right to the preparing, no talk, nice music, and great camera work. It makes it much easier for me to learn. These are good things for a typical bachelor guy like me, that's not too bright in the kitchen.. lol One question: Where did you get that skillet..it's cool.. :o)
