- How to make the most delicious Scallions & Cheese Flatbread. Super quick and easy bread recipe you can make at home. Nothing beats a homemade bread. Come bake along with me.
Here's what you'll need:
3 and 1/4 cups bread flour (400g)
or you can use all purpose flour too.
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
1 tbsp brown or white sugar (15g)
1 tsp salt (4g)
1 cup warm milk (250ml)
1 egg
1/4 cup olive oil (60ml)
1/2 cup chopped scallions
4 cups shredded mozzarella
some parmesan cheese
herbs (parsley or basil)

Finally got to make a batch of this bread…it was a “Winner”. So much so, that I have been asked to make another batch.
I ended up mixing some jalapeño jack cheese (my favorite) with the mozzarella and brushed the final bread with garlic butter.
