I’m from Louisiana. Rice dressing or dirty rice is a staple in our homes, especially on holidays. There is many ways to make it. We normally use ground sausage, ground beef, chicken gizzards and liver. I don’t care for the liver in my rice dressing lol Great video.

The liquid to rice ratio is 2 to one so for your recipe, you need 3 cups of brith. So to keep from guessing you could put the guzzard broth, consume, and beef broth all in one measuring cup, to equal 3 cups. I think this looks delicious, and would be good with chicken too.
I use ground beef sausage and the liver and some gizzards bell pepper onions green onions and garlic and cook my rice separate mix all this up and season it and then I add a little cream of chicken it’s really delicious
