- The online reviews I've watched about Hyper-G have only served to confuse me so I play out the Hyper-G battle of my dreams!
The only thing that I was left wishing for: a rough or twisted version of Hyper-G. Solinco, can you plzzzz make it happen? 🙏🏽

You over thought this to the point of confusion.... you can't compare strings with different racket n different tension or even different stringing techniques
Perhaps, but I thought it was an interesting experiment.
I've played with those two rackets a fair bit; so much so that I think it's fair to deem their performance similar enough that by doing this I could glean some insights bout Hyper-G for myself.
I think I managed to do that and thought it might be some good food for thought for those that might feel the same way as me, which is that I couldn't really tell Hyper-G and Hyper-G Soft apart very much.
So in the end, no regrets.
Isn't rough version of Hyper-G is just Tour Bite? 😂
A rougher string should be a bit softer playing, so I don't think so since Tour Bite is much stiffer. I talk about it in my Tour Bite Diamond Rough review: ua-cam.com/video/A3P9sl6ODEA/v-deo.html
I want a rough version of Hyper-G so that I can get a softer feeling Hyper-G without having to resort to Hyper-G soft, which has additives in it to soften the string up.
