For years I struggled with poor self esteem, avoidant personality issues and insecure attachment as I was struggling with ADHD while my mom declined psychotropic medications for me. I’m grateful that I have finally begun the process of healing, & therapy with ADHD medication, it has changed the course of my life for the better. Thank you for posting this video, I’ve suspected the emotional turmoil and difficulties relating to others to untreated adhd and poor attachment in childhood. i wish i could talk my parents into medication. of course, 40 years ago would've been the game changer for all of us. oh, well. interesting stuff, thank you.
