Alright, let's set up a product listing. To do this, go to the "Products" section and click on "Manage Products." From there, you can add new products by providing the product name, category, and following the instructions. You can also include multiple images, with the main image being the most important.
Make sure to optimize your product name with relevant keywords and provide a clear product description and infographics. This helps build trust with customers. If you have color variations or different SKUs, you can add them as well.
In the product details, you can set retail price, status, and commission rate. The commission rate can be set in the affiliate marketing section. There are different plans, such as the shop plan or open plan, where you can set the commission rate for your shop.
You can also manage product ratings, including replying to neutral or negative reviews. Keep in mind that some customers may leave negative reviews due to their own misunderstandings, even if the information is clear in your listing.
As of July 2023 Tiktok is enforcing a new negative review rate policy that you should read up on.There are additional features like the batch tool for bulk editing and managing stock levels. Ensure your items are in stock to maintain visibility on TikTok. The next video will cover shipping basics.
