I wish you would have shown how the window was actually fastened to the building. What did you do on the outside of the building during this installation? Your window had a nail fin so you might have used metal screws or pop rivets to attach it to the J trim or ?. The J trim was just slid over the wall skin opening but not fastened to the opening. All of that is just "floating" in the opening and seems prone to loosening calk bond because the building is going to be flexing due to temperature changes and wind. Then what was the purpose of the wood and where/how is that supposed to be incorporated into this window?
I been building pole barns 30 plus years , steel and windows do not go well they leak . like a skylight in a roof , no matter how well you flash trim water will get in . But it looks good .
