    Just an absolute unit. Is it possible to get you a little more physical in these 800s? You're literally twice the size of some of these skinny distance dudes. A little canadian ice hockey body check into the boards ?! Lol

    So 3 mile tempo & 4(400)….. what paces?

      If you’re like a beginner I would recommend (1:19) and if you’re a bit more experienced I would say (1:05?) typically you would meant to go harder on the last few reps trying to negative split, but that’s just what my coach told me when doing 8x400m. I’m a distance runner so maybe my times won’t be as accurate for your training

      They come from genetics and having low amounts of bodyfat, resitance training can make them slightly bigger but not much
