Listening actively is the key to successful communication. Here is the summary of this video.
    1. Pause :
-- Pause for 3 to 5 seconds before interrupting the speaker
    2. Question :
-- Ask for clarification, never assume that you have fully understood
    3. Paraphrasing :
-- Paraphrase the speakers words in your words to reflect that you are genuinely listening and understanding

I used to have this problem. Well, I still do, but I manage it much more effectively. Here are a couple tips:
      1) When you can feel your heart pounding and your breathing becoming shallow, tell yourself, "This is my body's normal reaction to stress and this trait actually helped my ancestors survive because it increased their focus and supplied more oxygen to their brains and muscles." Also, talk to your doctor about anti-anxiety meds or even beta blockers to use when you really need to quiet down your adrenaline.
      2) Ego and fear of failure or rejection can get in the way of being genuine and vulnerable in front of others. Accept yourself as a fallible human who has been foolish in the past and will surely be foolish in the future. This ties in with the stoic philosophy of lowering your expectations, or the Buhddist philosophy of letting go of wants/desires.
      3) Practice makes perfect. Practice your communication skills in low stakes environments, starting with the cashier or bank teller. You'll be amazed at your results because these people don't know you and you can free yourself from the box your friends or family may have typecast you into.

I'm really intrigued by the rate of winnings coming through Benjamin, it speaks a whole lot about what possibilities he's capable of.
Going on my 6th round of investment, no downfalls yet. I'm actually very hopeful about this.
Smart investments changed my career standards and trading perspective. its surprising how eventful taking things one step at a time can be...

@@eldora9192 I've been on a continuous winning streak in the stock and crypto market with professional management help from Mr Bilal Benjamin . He's been all the brains behind my progress in recent times, I owe him so much for his help.
I happen to meet more people that already do business with Ben regularly... i always get some kind of reassurance from it. Glad to have someone to make hard, indecisive calls on my behalf in this generally harsh market.
I support this point. As easy as trading options appears, decision making is even more confusing so one really needs someone reliable and that's where the individual broker comes in.
I know opportunity when I see one and I know this is it. I am finally deciding to give Ben a run for his acclaimed expertise. You all should interact about smart ways to save in the modern market simply via bilalbenjamin565 @ gmail com.

    1) Pause before replying.
    - letting them finish
    - show careful consideration to person
    - hear them better
    2) Question for clarification: How do you mean exactly? Follow up w/ open ended questions.
    3) Paraphrase the speaker's words & repeat this to them. Shows you are listening.
Listening builds self esteem of the one listened to. You become more disciplined when you develop listening skills.

I need to fine tune these techniques. I was counting the seconds out loud after the other person stopped talking before I began to speak. And I came to a shuddering halt after: "So what you're saying is..." because I'd been so anxious to get the technique right that I hadn't heard what the person said. The result was a group of 4 people looking at me as though I'd had a lobotomy.
