40 min Muscle Building Full Body Dumbbell Workout ( No Repeat - Superset Workout )

- In this 40 min Muscle Building Full Body Dumbbell Workout we will have 2x blocks of exercises. Each block contains 10x supersets targeting different body parts:
2x Supersets for Legs
2x Supersets for Chest
2x Supersets for Back
1x Superset for Shoulders
1x Superset for Biceps
1x Superset for Triceps
1x Superset for the ABS
We will perform each exercise for 45 seconds and have 15 seconds rest between the exercises and a 20 second rest between each superset. After the first block there will be a 60 second water-break.
The weights of my dumbbells for this workout are:
2x 5KG
2x 10KG
2x 18KG
In case you want to increase the intensity of the workout you can use heavier weights and if you like to increase the volume, you can do this routine for 2x rounds in a row (Based on your fitness level).
Please make sure to do a proper warming up before starting the workout:
