35 min Full Body Dumbbell Superset Strength Workout (🦾muscle building Routine)

  • In this 35 min Full Body dumbbell Superset Strength Workout we will have 2x blocks. In the first block we will focus on the major muscle groups such as Legs, Back and Chest. In the second block we will be focusing on the smaller muscle groups such as Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps and the abdominals.
    We will be performing each exercise for 45 seconds and with 15 seconds rest between the superset exercises and 25 seconds rest between each superset.
    The weights of my dumbbells for this workout are:
    2x 5KG
    2x 10KG
    2X 18KG
    In case you want to increase the intensity of the workout you can use heavier weights and if you like to increase the volume, you can do this routine for 2x rounds in a row (Based on your fitness level).

    I like supersets workout more than no repeat workout , which I feel is more effective for me 😄

    Another sensational workout. I still believe the "User experience" would be better if you would just add the weight you are using on the screen (with the name of the next move) as you go along. It really would make it so much easier for us to keep up.

    Sadly I couldn’t carry the weights today since my shoulder was hurting. However, I decided to go for a walk and do light abdominal exercises instead. I hope my shoulder feels better tomorrow.

    I was a little weak today but it only affected my lunges. I was doing them with my regular 15kg X2, but for some reason I just could not get my knees to the ground when I normally can.
    Because of feeling a little weak, I am glad all lower body exercises were done in the first half.
    Still doing push-ups on my knees and they are still challenging. I had to take a few seconds to stretch after each hover push-up.
    Side to Front Raises are very challenging with 5kg!!
    I did Bicep Dumbbell Curls with 8kg for the first time! Normally I use 6kg or 7.5kg. I was failing by the end but I am stronger!
    Double Inner Hammer Curl - - I said "no way" when I saw you pick up 18kg lol. So I picked up my 15kg but nope. I had to go down to 12kg lol.
    Roll Back Skull Crusher was too easy with 5kg and I stopped to watch to make sure my form was okay. I rewound and was able to do them with 8kg.
    The Weighted Knee Pulls I had to rest after every 4 or 5 reps. I was disappointed so I rewound the whole ab set and did it once more just to punish myself lol.
    But they are definitely harder when the upper body is seated up like that!!
    Weights:
    16kg, 15kg, 10kg, 8kg, 5kg
    Most lower body I use 16kg. Lunges 15kg
    Back Rows if standing bent-over, 15kg. If kneeling on the ground for Strict Rows, 16kg.
