THIS IS QUITE SIMPLY DELICIOUS... JUST MAKE IT BECAUSE IT'S SO EASY TO DO AND YOU WILL LOVE IT.
FRUITED TEA CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
300g mixed dried fruit, any dried fruits works,
225ml hot tea
1 orange, zested and juiced
50g butter, plus extra for the tin
100g light brown soft sugar
1 egg
225g self-raising flour
4 tbsp demerara sugar for topping
