HOW TO MAKE BEEF AND BAKED BEAN HOTPOT
INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion, diced
400g beef mince
1 tsp dried oregano
1 small bunch of parsley, finely chopped
2 x 400g cans of baked beans
400g can of tomatoes
dash of Worcestershire sauce
200ml beef stock
600g floury potatoes, unpeeled and thinly sliced (about 3mm)
25g butter
100g mature Cheddar, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
