* 275g strong white bread flour
* 50g lard
* 175ml warm water
* Pinch of sea salt
* 5g dried yeast (or 10g of fresh yeast)
* For the lard and sugar mix
* 250g caster sugar
* Handful of raisins and sultanas
* 200g lard, slightly softened
