Smoked Honey Mustard Chicken Wings
Ingredients
Springer Mountain Farms - Chicken Wings
Elite BBQ Smokers SPG - Salt Pepper Garlic
1/2-Stick - Kerry Gold Salted Butter
Honey Mustard Sauce
1/2 cup - Dukes Mayonnaise
2 tbsp - Honey
2 tbsp - Mustard
1 tbsp - Spicy Mustard
Directions
- Remove the Chicken Wing’s Wing tips and separate the wings
- Season the Chicken Wings with Elite BBQ Smokers SPG - Salt Pepper Garlic
- Preheat the smoker to 300° and smoke for 45-minutes
- While the wings are smoking make the Honey Mustard Sauce
- Remove from the smoker and place in a pan with 1/2-stick of Kerry Gold Salted Butter
- Cook for about 1-hour or until the chicken wings have an internal temperature of 180°
- Remove from the smoker and the pan
- Dip/Brush the Honey Mustard sauce onto the wings
- Return the Sauced wings to the smoker and smoke for about 5-minutes or until the sauce is tacky
- Remove from the smoker and let the wings rest.

Do you grill, smoke or fry your wings?
My preferred method is to smoke them on my Weber Smokey Joe (carefully...it's a small kettle, so it's easy to oversmoke). Then I'll either finish them over direct fire to get a little crispy or I bring them inside and crisp them in my toaster oven. Finish by tossing them in a bowl with some melted butter and your favorite sauce.
