You are the only person that I have seen that does not put horse radish in your tarter sauce. I will save this recipe and make this sauce because I cannot eat horse radish. Thank you sir.
@@rjcarter2904 Oh okay, I was thinking the sugar was just offsetting the flavor instead of making it sweet. If it's sweet, I probably wouldn't like it. I too prefer the traditional dill flavor😊
Total of four mins? That can’t be correct, I cook them for a total of 6-8 min and my internal is always 162-164 * before I pull they out of my cast iron.
😋😋😋😋😋😋😋
Nice size fillets looks good.
I love crispy fish

Do you have a good southern chow chow recipe?
Not good to put sugar in tartar sauce. Just my opinion.
Why is it not good to put sugar in tartar sauce? Is there something I need to know? Or is it just your preference! Please share...
@@jamesgeorge5276 Just my preference. I prefer a dill tartar sauce, no a sweet one.

@@jamesgeorge5276 I put both dill pickle relish and fresh dill in mine.
God job sir!
