These look scrumptious! Thank you for a great video too - informative, fun to watch, not full of unneeded banter, can't wait to watch more of your posts. I have to admit, like a previous poster, I thought those pins were M & Ms too! 🤣
This recipe is off the hook - mine are on the grill right now on a Pit boss with applewood and applewood/hickory bacon I added a little maple dry rub - I’m making another batch for the 4th 🥰 keep up with recipes I’m ready for more - BBQ queen from NV 😂…it’s 97 today good day for grilling😂😎🤟
These look fantastic....the peppers are fantastic...the cheese mixture is fantastic...the bacon? Well that's fantastic. Guys what I'm trying to say is these are fantastic!
Thanks Darren those chicken bombs are my new favorite, I make them once a week. I have been spreading the Ash kicking BBQ vids with my friends and coworkers, you the man!
Another amazing video can't wait to try this one out. I really like how you did two examples of the important steps in the recipe. Saved me from having to rewind to soak it all in. Excited to try this!
Looks good man and I love the all the flavor that you paired together. This is an awesome idea for the Compettion Chicken thighs that don't make the cut for comps.
Wife and I made these yesterday after watching your vid. AMAZING We will definitely be making them again Cream cheese seems to take the jalapeno down a few notches heat wise. I'm gonna finely dice a serrano and mix w/the cream cheese next time to give it a boost!
@@AshKickinBBQ They were so good and will be adding it our smoking lineup. Will be very good during football season. We have never been disappointed in any of your recipes.
Thins recipe is a BANGER can’t wait to try them…usually I do a pulled pork and mix the pulled pork in with the cream cheese and cheese and stuff it with that! But there is no way this isn’t good!
Added to my Recipes playlist for sure!!! Question, all i have a decent propane grill. Eventhough i have my little method of creating my own smoke with woodchips wrapped in foil and some water, but temperatures can be inconsistent. Can these be done in an oven?
@AshKickinBBQ awesome man thanks for the quick response. Birthday is tomorrow and my wife asked for a FEW menu items. Same temp and cook times as the Smoker?
The way you scrape the seeds out scrapes out the capsaisan, which is the hot part of the pepper? I just rinse the seeds so that I keep the heat from the pepper.
Can I make them in the oven? This is my first time watching your channel. I gave you a thumbs up and I definitely subscribed. I'm excited to try this recipe.
I use a Raspberry glaze and these really get rave reviews from my guests. I make them 24 at the time and there are never any leftovers. They pair well with celery, cherry tomatoes and carrot sticks which add color to the presentation. Your favorite veggie dip is optional. I like the Blue Cheese dip myself.
Awsome Chicken Bombs! We won 1st place at a grilling/smoking competition this weekend. The only thing I did was add cilantro to the cream cheese mixture.
Oh my goodness those look so delicious I don't think I would have put that barbecue sauce on though because my stomach can't handle heat very well but they look great how they were but I bet that barbecue sauce is delicious and I can't wait to try these just like how you did them cuz those look absolutely delicious amazing and just a wonderful wonderful meal
Did this a while back when making dragon egg and armadillo eggs, figured I had a chicken breast left over with a jalapeño and stuffed them all together, which turned out alright. Never thought of doing chicken thighs, can’t wait to try it need to get some of that raspberry chipotle.
watching you eat those three bites is masterful marketing......im staving. I'm gonna check these links for your guys pins and you sauce and rubs. thanks bro👍👍👍
Gonna be doing this. Thinking semi-fine spice milled pecans and dried minced onion mixed in the cream cheese. Thighs - equilibrium cure (#1 and salt to 1.5%) after flattening, then a quick 15 minute velvetizing. Oh yeah..., I can taste them now.
Probably gonna try these today but wanted to throw them on with ribs at 250 would that be ok? Would I just let them go longer? What do you suggest at that temp?
@@EtherFlames I’d prolly put them on when you wrap the ribs. That way, if the ribs get done and those are quite there, you can crank the cooker once the ribs are off
Great recipe, I brown up some chorizo sausage and add that to the cream cheese and cheddar cheese mixture.
Made them this morning, getting ready to fire up the smoker.! Chicken bombs and rib eyes. Happy fathers day to everyone!
Awesome!
Tried this recipe for fathersday. Can't say enough for the mouth watering flavor! Even someone who doesn't like chicken much ate well ! Thanks 😊
Glad you liked it, that's awesome!
Awesome recipe! I like the way you prepped the jalapeño, and how this came together. Those little pins worked great👍😊
What he said. Wondering how they freeze though so I could just make a bunch and have them on hand for other days.
Thank you Bobbi!

Initially, I thought you had M&Ms stuck all over them 😂 glad it didn’t get that crazy. Looks great!
Lol! Man, this made me giggle. No candy bbq here, we do the real stuff, not the gimmicks!
Yeah I thought the same thing!
reaper bombs are much better
I was thinking they were sprees… your always going over the top in all your videos 😂😂
I too... Initially Thought he was throwing M&M's on the meat.. Wtf! Lol. Too funny

You ain't lying Jason! These were so good!
Will ABSOLUTELY make this! I can't wait!

We will definitely be making them again
Cream cheese seems to take the jalapeno down a few notches heat wise. I'm gonna finely dice a serrano and mix w/the cream cheese next time to give it a boost!
Leave the Jalapeno in the Garbage dumpster, along with chilli in general, as soon as I see contains Chilli on the ingrediants....back on the shelf
It's the seeds that make the pepper hot, without them it's just like a green pepper.
I agree with the above comment. Just put some (or all) of the seeds back into the cheese mix if you want more heat.
I tried them and they are awesome... so awesome that when I fully recover from my by-pass surgery, I plan to make them again!!!
I have to try those . It looks Fantastic .
Making my second batch of these for the 2nd weekend in a row. Absolutely delicious!!!!
My Dad will love this ❤
Looks delicious and very easy prep. We have these and regular Jalapeno Poppers on the smoker right now. Can't wait for dinner.
Hope you enjoyed!

These look amazing! Any thoughts on what we can use instead of Jalapenos? My family is VERY sensitive to spicy foods. Thanks in advance
Maybe a sweet pepper?

You should try a meatloaf recipe armadillo egg, I modified the recipe because I didn't want to use sausage so I used meatloaf, they're amazing.

It was!
Cant wait to try these this weekend!
Probably gonna try these today but wanted to throw them on with ribs at 250 would that be ok? Would I just let them go longer? What do you suggest at that temp?
It’s going to take significantly longer I’m guessing, but it should be fine. I’d prolly crank it at the end to crisp the bacon.
@AshKickinBBQ well I'm doing 3-2-1 on the ribs so I got time. How long you think? Thanks for the fast reply!

hey how far in advance can i prep these and keep in the fridge?
I wouldn’t personally go more than a day or two max
@AshKickinBBQ thnx for the quick reply on the holiday weekend.
Outstanding share thank you
Putting those on the grill Monday.
Fun Idea!
You might want to invest in a jalapeño corer remover. Great vid.
Thanks for the tip!
By the way my wife loved the armadillo eggs. I also did some with meat. Thank you
They look fantastic 😛
I am going to make these for the 4th f July. Yummmm
