Thank you so much for watching see you on the next video! - Навчання та стиль
I'm loving this idea. Thanks for sharing!
He just won the Nobel Prize for BBQ Rub!
At First I Had Doubts Seeing That Chicken Was Pale But Now I See The Final Results 💪🏾 You The Man Can’t Wait To Try This
Wait… dry skin picks up more smoke? I thought nitrates deposit on wet surfaces more readily.
Those Wings are Rockin Roel! I like the final wing dusting of seasoning too.
Looking forward to making this one. Of course I love Pineapple.
This recipe looks amazing
A teaspoon of every spice you have in your cabinet.
Wow those looks good
I like the reverse deep fry method. Smoke em then batter in corn starch and deep fry. So good.
Beautiful!!!
Awesome!
I love the flats also !
Where do you get those wings?
Sweet I'm got to try this 😁 😋
Best wings I have seen!!
I am very glad that you give recipes for your rub. It is a very different price to do you own rub. I pay for example 10 euro for 1 kilo of whole black pepper here in Europe, from Spain, garlic powder 1 kilo 6 euro.....yellow mustard powder 10 euro. Many just show a small tin of spices that is 80% salt. that makes it very expensive
They look really tasty
Love wings and these look fine my friend 🪽🪽🪽👏👏👏
Great video! Any substitutes for piment and fenegreek powder? Don't think I seen them before in the supermarket.
Good to see Morrison is still on the go!
I like the ones from Hanos
When you talk about temperature, do you mean dome temperature or grill grate temperature?
Holy crap ... what went into that seasoning???
A teaspoon of every spice in the world
Would suggest you try this with a “vortex”. It’s a must for higher temps, and as you know, chicken skin is a big challenge when it comes to smoking. I know… More Cooking Stuff. Anyways, it’s cheap, effective and a must have accessory. Once you’ve tried it, it will become a permanent implement for sure. Try it. Cheers!!!
True..vortex rules !
When I do wings I use a wing racks . My family loves BBQ wings.
Where can I get a wing rack? Don’t believe I’ve ever seen one.
Legend says he’s still adding a teaspoon of spices to this day.
Ik kom bij je eten... 👍👍
dose anyone know where i can find kokuma, pimient, lavage ?? l would love to try this recipe out but cant find these spices.
Yes Please
Mmmm.. muscle 💪
How were those chicken wings cut? It looks like the actual wing joint was cut off so you didn't have the cartilage and the other inedible parts at the end. Is that correct? Is there a special name for that technique?
Garam Masala with Salt.
OMG
A tea spoon of grind bat wings
A tea spoon of dragon feathers
...
Awesomecious tasty
Great rub recipe. Is piment espelelette or pimento? Thank you.
Pimento, a.k.a. Allspice.
I've never heard of 3-4 of those spices for the rub... Do they have more common English translations? Or was that English? LOL
Most of those are the correct English names but some may be alternatives... Kurkuma (amongst other languages, also the scientific, 'Latinized' name) is better known as Tumeric in the English speaking world and Piment(a/o) is also known as Allspice. The others are the correct English terms. Paprika, Coriander, Mustard, White Pepper, Ginger, Cumin, Nutmeg, Fennel (the seeds are usually used as spice while the plant can be eaten as vegetable), Fenugreek (in the Netherlands popular as a herb added to hard Dutch cheese) and Lovage herb (in the Netherlands also known as Lavas or 'Maggi' herb).
@@jiriwichern Thank you very much for the education!... I appreciate it
Just had a good laugh finding out kurkuma powder is turmeric and people are complaining about the ingredients 😂
Fire wings Roel 🔥. A cheap staple everyone should master. Do you know what brand your wood heater is?
Ps. Disappointed i didn't get to hear you say Kesap manis in that sauce. It feels like its been a while.
Actually, moisture attracts smoke, not dryness. Love your vids brother!!
Air drying brined meat creates pellicle (read: stickiness) that smoke readily adheres to. Also, drying the wings will result in a crispy skin. They're brined, so you're not drying the meat out - just adding stickiness and crispiness to the skin.
@g54b95 That works for cold smoking. Little air flow type situations. Water holds and keeps smoke better than anything. It's why a lot of us use a water pan.
Actually, you’re wrong brother. Moisture on the meat evaporates off while cooking. Taking the smoke flavor with it. Gotta have dry meat to absorb smoke. It only matters on things that smoke for a couple hours. Long smokes it really doesn’t matter.
A teaspoon, a teaspoon, a teaspoon, a teaspoon, a teaspoon, a teaspoon, a teaspoon 😅
Just buy a teaspoon of EVERYTHING that exists out there in the world and you're good to go! ;-D Thx, great recipe.
kea zakken zijn best wel goed gebruik ze ook .. jammer dat ze die hele grote niet meer hebben ..
😋
😋😋
Those look amazing. But, have you ever seen what happens to meat marinated in pineapple juice?
He didn’t use the pineapple juice in the marinade
that’s like half the spices at the grocery store
what is piment powder?
Piment! Perfect met pineapple. Ze noemen 't ook all Spice. Word in Jamaica veel gebruikt. Smaakt heeft wat weg van kruidnagel.
@@meneerICT what language is this?
@@PatriotMango yes sorry! I thought I did read an dutch question... But piment is also called all spice
@@meneerICT thanks
🍽🍽🍽👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻💯💯💯
"I'm Roel i stay automatic, flavor add then multiply..."
That's like $300 of seasonings. Holy Hell
There is an error in the rub. Two tablespoons of salt will only give you 30g and not 50g. So, better use 3 tablespoons ;-)
What the hell is kurkuma powder, piment powder, fenegreek powder and lovage herbs? Ive been cooking for quite a while and never heard of any of them.
Obviously not long enough :-)
Kurkuma = Turmeric
Piment = all spice with some (Jamaican) pepper and cloves
Fenegriek = a butterfly plant found in the Mediterranean
Haha...13 spices? It taste a bit of everything
Did you just say ananas. That’s the exact word for pineapple in Arabic
It’s Dutch also. 😄
Yaaaa id skip on that rub u made.
So we’re not washing the wings first?
Looks like your ash bin is about to rust out. Time to get a Weber.
P Master X, you gotta go easy with the titles for your videos. It's way too overboard
yo we need standard measurements
put some damn shoes on
Great cooking method! You lost me when you added the cumin. The worst seasoning ever. People who like cumin don’t have taste buds. No one ever has said” Needs more cumin”. But, love the crispy cooking method and the size of the wings. Good video!
Shouldn't limit yourself like that
1st
Got you beat by a minute🤣🤣
Too much overkill there's no chicken flavor left "/
Gotta brine em' for more than 2 hours sir...
I stopped watching after the forth teaspoon of this…………….done and done c ya.
Show off...Lol.
That rub is waaaaay too complex.
Too true. I live in a metropolitan area, and I know for sure my stores don't have kurkuma powder, fenegreek powder, or lovage herbs.
Step 1. Spend $200 on spices
I live in a metro area as well, I think the only thing they don’t carry is “lovage”(?) herbs. Love seeing new recipes though
@anonymeister123 I love seeing new recipes without 27,000 ingredients. Completely unnecessary.
@@rdr6269 Somone is mad mad lol
Way too hard.
I used to like watching your channel. You have become nothing but a UA-cam commercial for the products that pay you . I don't know where you hope to go with this, but you lost my interest!!
Need some help pitmasters
Anyone remember that video where Roel made some skirt steaks in a dutch oven with patats bravas then Morrisons mom dropped by and had some food too
😄👌
@@PITMASTERX bro, seriously. Want to make it, share the link if you know which video it is🙏🙏
