This should be a federal law. It’s not a huge punishment but it could be at least a minor deterrent for all these perspective unfaithful a holes out there. Think of all the societal issues that arise from adultery, it should be a crime and especially when children and pregnancies are involved. Let them have that scarlet A on their record.
