Quint this is one way off seeing things no doubt this sec wasn’t appropriate for both men and women sake and SC finally abolished this sec. however, you are viewing in one way only , its good to support the women empowerment but if you are interpreting law then do it in proper way as a whole not only that part which gonna give you more views. more then consent, and marital rape it gives punishment to the men and exclude the women so if you guys showing some drawbacks of any law or act then balance out the stuff because weather its men or women both need justice , for the first time i feel offensive with your interpretation of law.

what about sexist laws (against men) like
1) rape can only be committed against children or adult women(not men) and therefore it is legally okay for a woman or a man ro rape a man.
2) Harrasment (both physical sexual) cases are filed only when women are victims not when men are.
3) Stalking where only a man can be arrested for stalking.
4) Dowry cases are filed and the accused is punished (non-bailable) only because of the statement given by the wife.
5) No punishment for the women who falsely accuse men of rape.
6) The court gives 60% lesser amount of time and less harsh sentences to women than men. ( over 1500 men have been hanged but only 13 women have been hanged. Many of them got away for committing the same crime)
7) Bail is much much easily given to woman just because they are women.
8) Child custody is most of the times (92%) given to women. Even if the husband is not the father of the child, the court forces him to pay child support.
9) Lack of reproductive rights for men. Men do not have the right to take the DNA test of the child without the mother's consent.
Fathers do not have a say in whether his child will be aborted or not.
10) Female paedophiles get sentences like 120 days in prison but men get 20-25 years.
11) Discriminatory schemes like Beti padao where only the female child is promoted in education. The school enrollment and dropout rate is very close for both genders.
12) Female genital mutilation is strictly banned by law whereas Male genital mutilation can occur legally.
But you will not talk about these issues because you are feminist who considers only the issues that concern women even when it affects men too. All the above were systemic dicrimination against men.
Many societal issues like male suicide, males in poverty,domestic violence victims, depression etc also exist.

My question is simple..what if wife is committed and loyal to her husband in marriage but husband fails to oblige by his martial duties and is unfaithful in marriage and indulges into multiple physical relationships with women outside marriage..then people will suggest..since it's not crime..wife should seek divorce on grounds of adultery.. husband is happy now..he will get rid of wife..in an easy way..How Fucking Convenient ? The real punishment in this case should be "A heavy monetary compensation" which husband should be forced to pay to wife, because it's him who cheated and marriage is still considered to be sacred.. certain things are principally, morally and ethically not correct and adultery is one such thing..
