This is my favorite Skid Row song because it has killer vocals from Baz, Snake and Scotti giving a clinic on guitar, and drives home a good message of what drugs can do to you (just look at what heroin did to Steven Adler who’s lucky to be alive). Please Bros, check out their other songs I Remember You, Youth Gone Wild, and Sweet Little Sister.
Like I said you're going to love skid row all their songs have messages in them man it was the United States at its finest back in the 80s when rock music was taken off like a rocket ship I can't wait for you guys to react
Its been a long time since I listened to Sebastian.. hearing him again, all I can say is he was an absolute Monster in his vocals.. What a great talent...
That’s one of the most emotional, powerful songs of all-time,. You guys are doing a great job, of relaying the message of the song, and you work well together.
Killer song. Sebastion has a very incredible voice... got to see Skid Row a couple years ago, was disapointed to not get to see Sebastion with them as he was in Australia , however Tony Harnell did a fabulous job on vocals. Snake and Bolan were just down right on fire with their guitar playing. Was about 15 feet in front of Snake, incredible in concert.
You guys really nailed it man you really did this band is amazing and I just can't wait for you guys to react to more of skid row they've got a whole bunch of songs that you guys are going to love
Well, I just realized how old I am. This is what I was listening to in Jr. High. Loudly. My mother hated metal so much!. I actually forgot how gorgeous Sebastian Bach was.
This song was written about Steven Adler (the original drummer for the band Guns n Roses), and his drug addictions. The bands (Skid Row and Guns n Roses) were good friends. They all struggled with their own drug/alcohol addictions, but Steven Adler's got so bad, that Guns n Roses ended up kicking him out of their band. Sebastian Bach really shows his emotions about this, when he sings the song. Side note: all of the guys are still alive, including Steven Adler. They all eventually got past their addictions. While neither band, currently has all of the original members, many of them are still friends to this day.
easily one of the greatest rock songs ever written. I saw them last summer in Block Island, RI and listened to the whole album with my friends on my boat on the way out there drinking beers. What a day! Not a cloud in the sky, and dead calm.
Thanks guys! Nothing better than watching someone react to a fantastic song they've never heard. Sabastian Bach went from this band to Broadway musicals. I'm sure you can see why from this classic Skid Row video. A true rock legend. Thanks again fellas.
There are many aspects of this song that provoke those genuine feelings you are experiencing and it's good to see you guys enjoying this as much as I am after hearing it 1000+ 🤘
One of my favorite songs by them. Thank you!! I'm so glad I found your channel. You guys react to a lot of great songs. You guys do great on these reactions, you don't just say if you like it or not you actually break the songs down and give your input.
Sebastian Bach had such an amazing voice. Skid row is by far ome of my favorite bands of all time . you should hear their song "I Remember You" thats a good one too
I am shocked to hear a Liverpool or maybe Manchester accent wasn't expecting you guys to be from there sorry to steriotype great honest reactions though I will watch more of your videos now that I like this one
Sebastian denied that in some interview, but that doesnt mean its not. Song lyrics like this usually have multiple real life stories combined as one so the song stands the test of time better and not be generational. There were a lot of drug related deaths in rockn roll and Steven Adler is still alive but probably was an inspiration to the story. Hoping that he'd quit because he wasnt far from being a rock-casualty.
Im sorry if Im wrong, I think this was about him and a friend that made plans. For years, making plans. Then one became an addict. And all was lost. Great reaction guys
This song was written about Steven Adler from the band Guns n Roses. They became good friends with Steven when they toured with Guns early in their careers. Steven got hooked on H after joining his band and was probably effected the worse out of all the band members. He got kicked out of the band because he couldn't kick the habit. Look him up now. He had a stroke and doesn't function well now. Truly a sad story if there was ever one.

This song kept me away from drugs I heard it when I was 13 and it stuck... The pain of a friend watching a friend consumed by drugs.
One of Sebastian Bach's finest vocal performances, and that's saying a lot.

Can bring a grown man tears

Skid Row could have been one of the greatest American rock bands ever......
Agree, huge mistake take him off!
if they hadn't kicked Bas out ....

Song was written about steven adler of guns n roses
One of the best concerts I ever saw back in the day, amazing!!!
Seb Bach was one of the leading male vocalists of my youth, and the songs all speak to me. You should try In A Darkened Room, same band.
Agree, my fave song. ⭐⭐⭐
Quicksand Jesus is another good one.
Monkey Business by them is a sorely overlooked piece of rock history.

Sid Row was always in my top 5 bands back in the 80s.
Good stuff.
I've pleaded to so many reactors to do this song. Thank you for this. It's so important and you got it. LOVE
If an Angel ever Sang~
Great Reaction Fellas!

Sebastian Bach lead singer is amazing! Seeing him this November in Bristol TN thanks guys!!
Love this band ❤️❤️ ❤️
Slowly getting through all of your reactions. Great song with a message. Sebastian Bach has an amazing voice.
Sebastian eres un Dios!!!! 🇨🇱🇨🇱🇨🇱🇨🇱😍🥰🤩😘💋💋💋💋💗💖❤🤟🤟🤟🤟 nadie como tú , me dejas sin palabras 😶😶😶
Sebastian bach will always be my number vocalist of the early 90's

Respect guys, you know where it's at.
You really need to hear In A Darkened Room it’s about his own experiences as he was a child
No it wasn’t. He had a great childhood with a supportive family. It was written about child abuse.

Nice choice. One vocalist who based on his body of work I assume, is clearly overlooked! He was amazing!

Sarah Ramirez they did a reaction vid on it too

haha its a Liverpool accent
He's singing about his friend being on heroin.
Their friend was once a drummer for Guns and Roses.
Unless am wrong. I think sebastian intended this song for the Guns and Rose's drummer cause of his drug habits
YOUR RIGHT ON THAT ONE BECAUSE HE WAS KICKED OUT OF THE BAND BECAUSE OF HE'S DRUG ADDICTION
Sebastian denied that in some interview, but that doesnt mean its not. Song lyrics like this usually have multiple real life stories combined as one so the song stands the test of time better and not be generational.

If I remembered correctly, this song is about his best friend falling into addictions, losing himself and those dearest grieving
Thought it was about Steven Adler from GNR?
Wow whoa and damn
