    Your videos are the best. I’ve always enjoyed how epic and grand they feel at the intro… great editing and feel as always!

    Another great video and appreciate the update. Who knows what the Bears are gong to do since the City Chicago is in no fiscal position to help finance the construction of a new stadium.

    Should build a Light Rail from downtown Buffalo to Orchard Park.

    NFL stadiums have got to the point where I don’t even care about them because the price of the tickets are so crazy… I like sports and love the history of stadiums… but I feel like the direction they are going I’m no longer a fan of. It’s too much in the direction of a VIP night club with bottle service rather than a venue to view athletics.

      @Odin029 21 день тому +1

      I kinda agree with you, but the Titans sold out all their club level PSLs two or three months ahead of schedule. So long as people buy these tickets, they'll keep wringing more money out of htem.

    It's nice how this video pointed out how much public money is being spent on the new Bills stadium, yet didn't mention that the New Nissan Stadium exceeded that total by almost $400,000,000. With a total of $1.26 Billion in public funding.

    • @LaBreeceTV
      @LaBreeceTV  20 днів тому

      I can't confirm but I don't think Nashville's groundbreaking was open to the public either.

    • @sirchi8731
      @sirchi8731 18 днів тому

      @@LaBreeceTVI am in favor of public funding. But new rule is...a stadium has to be more than 30 to 35 years old before a new stadium is even thought of. Oakland was so behind that when it was their turn..they cried broke

  • @MrWoahna
    @MrWoahna 21 день тому +3

    So, long shot.... Nashville wants MLB. Rays are a mess. Old Nissan stadium could probably house baseball once football moves out, giving the Rays a place to play until a new MLB only facility gets built.

      As a Nashvillian and psl holder of the titans, that's not happening. Once construction completes on the new stadium, they'll tear down old nissan stadium and build around like the braves did with Truist Park.

    • @polarrnorth
      @polarrnorth 12 днів тому +1

      I’m a titans fan and go to all the games at nissan, and i can confidently say that’s not happening. The reason the Titans are even getting a new stadium in the first place is because current nissan stadium is literally falling apart. You are right though when saying nashville wants an mlb team, and if they actually do get a team, the stadium for them could be in the titans parking lot, or it could be a couple miles away, but nissan stadium will 100% get demolished.

    Ticket prices are 50.00 to 150.00 more than they were 3 years ago, I can't afford to go to a regular season game unless I buy an upper level seat for 135.00 to 145.00

    The budget for Nashville's new NFL stadium under construction has grown by $100M as "design plans continue to be finalized." The initial $2.1B Nissan Stadium budget is now $2.2B, with the additional $100M in costs paid for by the Titans. The Metro Nashville Sports Authority BOD "unanimously approved the plan changes" after "reviewing the evolving designs" provided by the Titans for the 60,000-seat stadium. New plans include "adding more space for growth and increasing the technologies to make the entire facility capable of doing 'frictionless' point-of-sale transactions." The increased space will also be "reserved for as-yet unknown future uses" (Nashville TENNESSEAN, 9/13).

      How can you say what stadium looks better when they’re not even close to being done yet imo when both stadiums are done I think the bills is gonna look better not saying The Titans new stadium won’t look good but the titans stadium literally looks like another allegiant Stadium on the inside it’s looks like they copied and pasted exactly what the Raiders did with their stadium and on the outside it kinda looks like a top golf or a giant shopping mall it doesn’t really look like a Stadium compared to the bills which actually looks like a stadium on the outside but either way I’ll be going to Nashville for the bills vs titans game in 2027 the first year the titans new stadium opens and i definitely can’t wait to check it out

    When they replaced Giant Stadium in NJ, there wasn't anything wrong with the old stadium, the owner did't want a domed stadium saying were a cold weather team. So they they built in more heated luxury boxes and a really nice one for the owner who apparently doesn't like the cold weather himself. If they would have built a domed stadium the venue could have been used for other events and been more profitable helping to pay back, more tax revenue, all of the breaks and assistance from the taxpayers (government).

    I don't think taxpayer money should go into those projects. People in less populated parts of the states will never set foot in those facilities. Many do not even care if football is played there.

      Inflation cost have gone way up within the past 5 years. Buffalos new stadium was originally going to cost 1.3 billion when it was first proposed 4 years ago.
