    and to think that back in a day all those rivets in a ship, hundreds of them, where made by hand.

    Some kind of forearm hand strength test could be fun next to your spot at the castle? Im sure your hands are like bear claws haha so damn strong man

    I see you have a strap on, is that for tennis elbow? I’m having the same issue right now. Do you recommend the strap you’re using and if so, what kind is it? Great video I’m gonna have to give that technique a try
