We actually did a study on that for fun when in a psych class. We were doing a group session & my bf has a Working Memory Deficit which is on the DSM-V spectrum of disorders (Autism, Tourette's, Personality & Identity Disorders, Learning Difficulties, ADHD, etc.). We're a fan of Vikings & we believe Loki may have ADHD & Paranoid Schizophrenia or a Schizotypal Disorder, whereas Margrethe doesn't hallucinate unless she's half starved & dehydrated, all of her behaviour is paranoia & attention problems so probably a Delusional Disorder or Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Ragnar obviously as an attention disorder of some kind, a cocaine addiction (addicted leaves from the Asian girl) & PTSD, Rollo is a narcissist, because he behaves sociopathic, but evidently has empathy. Some of Ragnar's sons display similar behaviour, my guess is a hereditary problem. Sigurd has Borderline Personality Disorder. Ubbe & Bjorn have whatever Ragnar has. Hvitserk is either lazy or has a depressive disorder, PTSD & substance abuse problems/alcohol & drug addictions. Ivar has Brittle Bone Disease & a serious insecurity or narcissism problem, however I would not label him with any insanity charges because his reaction to his condition is quite typical. He obviously feels emotions, empathy, regret & guilt, he's insecure so he obviously cares what others think, but he suffers from a condition & is angry because everyone rejects him for it despite his obvious intelligence.
