@@ckm6407 It generally means low carbohydrate high fat diet. It does not mean eating lots of processed fat foods. It focuses on nuts, avocados, fish, beef, small amounts of dairy and small amounts of olive oil. I myself eat a LCHF diet and green vegetables are at the heart of the diet.

I'm mostly carnivore and no longer crave anything processed. I do still crave apples though, and eat them almost daily. I hope the fructose isn't undermining my efforts to eat healthy. Can't seem to give them up.
I really don't believe wholesome fruits are bad in any way. Most wholesome washed/organic fruits and veggies are good for you. Think it might be bad in certain situations where you mix too many of them to have one of the ingredients act as a catalyst. But no one will convince me wholesome fruits are bad for you. They might be bad for you when they aren't fully ripe. But that's about it. And genetically modified stuff. Nothing better for you body than fruits and nuts. Please don't be brainwashed. An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Not a myth =)

@@TerriblePerfection haha oh i see. Seven?? Considering what i've said I would still think that fruits are just as healthy as oxygen. You cant easily overdose on oxygen. My biggest concern is that the healthier your body gets the worse the toxins are that you consume. Because when your metabolism functions properly it also absorbs more toxins. A little speculative though. But ive noticed that when i live super healthy, the bad stuff's effects also increases narcotically. That is why i believe exercise is just as important as a healthy diet. Cause sweating is one of the best ways to get rid of toxins in your body. If you worry that fruits are bad for you just use more antioxidants. Tea, activated charcoal, aloe vera. I respect Dr. Hyman. He has been confirming so much of the things I've come to believe by my personal research and experience. And not enough Doctors out there gets the weed by the roots. They all treat symptoms. Apples are very high in sugar. Great for doctors. And also, all crops and fruits and veg these days are not what they once were. These days, they are all GMO hybridised and well sprayed up with pesticides, force ripened and waxed to keep them looking good and fresh for longer at the shops. I've gotten my health back and lost over 70lb in a year by dropping everything but fatty meat and extra animal fats. I'd cut out sugar/fruit completely.
Of the earth.. Are mono crops natural? Is it true that many of the vegetables that are grown today have not been around that long? Only a couple of decades?

@David Powell Not that easy at all. One size doesn't fit all and even if you get into ketosis, relapse is very easy after 1 week, a month, or years. Many people live in emotionally or food toxic environments.
Always love Dr.’s Farmacy vids, but the title of this one is misleading and doesn’t make sense. There were really no comprehensive strategies or advice laid out on how to break a sugar addiction.
Sugar and carbs are used to make me eat all the time, too. I feel so free now that I am low-carb and mostly carnivore. Good luck in making the switch. If I can do it, there is hope for you. 😊
