Maam. i was just looking for this reply. It looked to me like Dr. Pal is a host and Ranveer is a guest. He is one person who can talk on any topic anytime and can go on for hours. It doesn't matter it has sense or not.
I vouch for the cravings coming down when we eat healthy. Dr Pal’s videos helped me cut down sugar etc and substitute with fruits , nuts which have natural sugars. You feel more full and craving comes down . The results are visible within weeks. Dr also advocates not buying and storing them so that we don’t reach out to them
I absolutely love Dr. Pal. Since I work in the field of probiotics. It's amazing to see how easy he makes the concept of gut bacteria for lay man. Basically just regulating gut bacteria can cure several health conditions.
I think one thing we all need to understand is that Most of the so called tasty items are actually Unhealthy If you really want to enjoy good food then you have to trained your taste buds differently And another thing is that terms like "Foody" or "love to eat" are actually unhealthy terms
Excellent podcast! But how I wish Dr Pal was speaking more than Ranveer. Most times I felt like saying Shut up Ranveer! Please let him speak. I know you have a lot of knowledge on food and health, so deserve a special episode for yourself but not this one pls! Thanks a lot for getting such people on the show! You are doing an awesome job!
He is so damn right. I started eating millets since 5 months and I no longer have cravings. Even when I am forcing myself to crave for restaurant food because of societal standards, I am unable to generate interest for junk food.
Ranveer bro will learn with time. You are curious like kid it's what I like. 😊 Yeah, don't misinterpretate & link biological problems with Arrange Marriage.
Please understand that people are watching this vedios to hear Dr Pal, but it's you who are hogging the entire screen time. Ask questions but please don't start answering them even if you are aware of it, the only parallel that comes to mind is Arnab. This is a genuine feedback from a well wisher who doesn't want you to loose your viewers.
I loved the way Dr. Pal says "I don't know" about the sorbitol. Being honest about the knowledge that he doesn't have. Surely his intentions are not to mislead people. ❤
Tear a packet of junk and tear you gut.. damn I heard his voice when I did my grocery this week. And you bet I didn’t buy a single packet that I had to tear to eat and bought only those that I need to tear to cook! He’s so awesome Dr. Pal so informative and humorous… and Ranveer I think you spoke more than he did in this podcast. What a sport Dr. Pal was.. probably the good gut bacteria in him that makes him smile and bring so much cheer to life as he puts out information and knowledge that can change all our lives 😊.
The way Dr. Pal said "I don't know" about sorbitol... Such a humble man.. UA-cam viewers are so blessed to have him But really healthy eating doesn't have to be boring for everyone.. I'm a creative person and I find healthy eating differently tasty and interesting... Still do eat sugar but not obsessively
This host must be worried about getting upstaged. Dr Pal is amazing. He has own channel on youtube, which everyone should check out. He offers very good insights on health.
Your explanation in a scientific way made me to cut off sugar to depromote my bad gut bacteria Watchied for 3to4 times Very useful vedio tnq Dr for publishing such videos
I don’t know wheater it is out of will power or gut health but on one fine day a year and half ago I thought of reducing my sugar intake so i started with milk snacks and all and now my whole diet is sugarless and it is going good till now I don’t get craving that much but it requires self control
Craving is defenitly become less. During my journey iam folowing a healthy life style. For 3 months now.. good sleep good food. Very good exersise.( cycling)
I want to know about fruits.. How much is okay, given that now a days fruits are artificially ripened, and God knows what all preprocessing happens on it.. Ran Bhai, please make some video on this..
Dr Pal is looking funny while giving the interview, he is a lot more comfortable with his self made stand-up comedy types educational videos 😊😊.. lot of respect to him n his educating attitude ❤
Amazing explanation👍.. we need those bacteria but in our control.. not to be controlled by them. Before 40 years we in India sugar was not part of our lifestyle.. all sweets were traditional and made from jaggery, ghee and cane sugar. But now Cake , pastry and soft drinks are entered in our life.. every occasion we cut cakes. We eats liters of icecream, soft drinks. In the desert we eat whole chocolate.. those bacteria are happy now.. they are leaving lavish life and we became poorly healthy. 😂😂
Sir please Invite Doctor Vinay Kumar Bangalore from hegadde studio for podcast...he will explain about you the sanathana Ayurveda...one of the best doctor ever....
I have a fix for sugar addiction that has worked for me, if you eat a lot of sweets and stuff if you make them at home you can manage the sugar that goes in it you can gradually reduce sugar and you will be more hooked on flavours of say nuts with khoya and ghee than the taste of sugar itself and slowly you will get used to less sugar. Then you can replace sugar with some amount honey or jaggery that way it's still better than refined sugar..
9:23 Exactly what happenes to me bro. Sweet taste becomes too much too handle for body's liking and subconsciously it always feels like that u are making your body a less efficient machine .
I don’t know what u folks really understood, to me it was confusing, especially with Ranveer butting in with his ‘gyaan’. When u bring an expert on ur show, please let them speak to completion. He said the gut bacteria secretes Dopomeen when u feed it simple sugars. Isn’t that reverse of what he explains thereafter ?
As in navratri when we have to break the fast on last day with salty food our mouths feel ohhh itss too much salt but actually it was normal as we were use to it before !
Dr.Pal single handedly made millions of people aware of good and bad gut bacteria. he deserves more recognition.
Soooo true
I think Ranveer is expressing himself a lot more than the guest. He asks a question and answers it himself.😂
Right 😂
Exactly
Exactly.. I was super disappointed because I came here to listen to Dr.Pal but Ranveer keeps talking and doesn't allow the guest to talk😢

I agree he sometimes start saying something aboit himeself which sounds like he is fishing for compliments from guest.
He is the best doctor right now on UA-cam...he explain complex things in a very easy way
In funny way

Use stevia instead of sugar it won't raise insulin and cravings

I will use black magic to control bad bacteria

Host talks too much more than the Guest Mr Pal. Why can’t he allow guest to talk more? We are interested in the Guest talk, not by the host.
This was so nice ❤❤❤ and informative. It felt so pleasant listening to this . Thanks for sharing
This pal guy is so sweet
He talks more than the person he's invited to talk.
The message is "eating healthy/nutritious food will inhibit cravings for fast-food and triggering of sexual stigma."
Amazing choice of guests.

Hello Dr pal, please suggest food that contains carbidopa.
Complex carbs get digested in large intestines ? Really.. most absorption takes place in stomach and mostly in small intestine.
