    I took Kendra's Signing Agent Basics Advanced Training class. I like her UA-cam videos so when i saw it was half the cost of LSS I jumped on it. I appreciate that she doesn't focus on the whole "wow, six figure income!!" aspect but the customer service and knowing your docs. Her program felt real whereas LSS has a get rich quick/MLM vibe. Her energy is more my style too- laid back knowledgeable encouragement. I highly recommend it especially for starting out. I'll probably take the LSS later on but for now I'm comfortable with her training.

    Video is great; very informative. However the title is really misleading. Perhaps calling it an analysis of Mark Wills system. Calling it: exposing Mark Will's course sends red flags. Exposing suggest unmasking or revealing the truth about an unscrupulous activities, or people promising unrealistic or fake life styles for the exchange of buying their product/course. truly consider changing the title of your video I know your intension is not misleads people. I had to find that out,that it didn't help me,and I was unemployed I lost my job during 2020 and lost out of the $497. It didn't help me,but lose out on money that I didn't have. It made me,not want to become a signing agent. Now,I will give it a try again and get started. Blessings to you.

    Hi Amanda, thanks so much for this video! I have a question, you've mentioned that it's important to get your background screening through the NNA, but I don't think that's possible without taking their signing agent exam and getting their certification? I could be wrong though, please let me know, thank you so much!

      if you get the cheapest package it gives you the background check and certification through them. which is great bc some signing services want to see NNA certification. you're not purchasing a course. You're given an exam to certify you and a background check.

    I'm considering this course so thank you for the review. I am currently in the process of getting my notary commission. After you took this course did you need to take any other certifications like from the National Notary Association. Did the signing companies or title companies ask where you got your education for loan signing.? I am on a tight budget and just want to make sure I use it wisely. Thanks

    • @amandapluma
      @amandapluma  2 роки тому +2

      Yes, some signing services require that you're LSA approved through the NNA. However, I think Mark's course might have a discount. You'll need to look into that. Mark's course also accepts monthly payments.
      Some signing services do ask, very few care which course. I was in the same boat when I started. You can also learn on UA-cam. Coast2Coast University posts videos on how to go over a loan. However I will say it is better to get a course bc you're given everything you'll need instead of spending more time on scrounging for material.

    • @amandapluma
      @amandapluma  3 роки тому

      Thank you! It is hard to decide. Hopefully this helped with that. Certification is not necessary however, these courses are HIGHLY recommended. UA-cam provides some of it, but it doesn't get down to the nitty gritty of the material. You need to make sure you're well versed and knowledgable in these loans. There's hundreds sometimes thousands of dollars on the line for a simple mistake.
      Recently I've seen certification from Notary2Pro as qualification from signing services. For some reason they don't like Mark's course because he markets his course on "how to make six figures." He still teaches you everything you need to know, but I think the way his course is advertised pushes some people in the industry away.
