What websites do you use for signing services?
what do you mean you had to send docs out via fedex? I saw this on another notary's video of her sending out docs through fedex. Are you guys sending out to the signer? Sorry, I'm just starting to learn about this and still remain clueless about details...
Make a video of how you get business
I have a video on that :) It's how I reach out to escrow officers.
Wait. I just say your video and clicked on it. How are you getting all these clients? Im in florida
I cold call escrow officers. There's definitely a lot of business in Florida.
Thanks for sharing
Hello when scanning back docs do you can the whole packet or just the signature pages?
Sometimes they are specific and ask for main docs but most of the time I scan and send the whole packet. It saves me time so I don't have to pull docs out and if I missed anything they would be able to catch it immediately.
Hi I think should get your real estate license you would do great!!!
I thought about it, but I'm not sure in this market.
What printer do you use?
I just made a Q & A video where I answer that question. check it out :)
Thank you for this video. But I am not living in the United States. So can I still be able to do this business? I live in the Caribbean on an island called Antigua and Barbuda.
I've been to both! You live in paradise. Actually, I did just notarize a document for property in the Caribbean. I would think that you do have notaries there. You should google Antigua Barbuda notary public.
@@amandapluma oh wow you have, oh cool and thank you. We should meet next time you do lol😊. Can I ask you some questions ? Okay so when I do find the notary public all I do is contact them and find out the procedure to become a notary signing agent with them right?
@@amandapluma And also will you still recommend that I still take the American based signing course like the Loan Signing course even though I am here in Antigua?
@@joannahinds2993 oh I'm not sure about that. You have different laws and requirements out there. I wouldn't pay for an American course.
@@amandapluma oh okay then. Thank you
So are you under a signing agency or your own business??
