I know stress and diet and insomnia are probably the main reasons why I have inflammation. I've got a lot to work on and can't escape a major part of my stress but this is at least a step forward! Thank you for the video :)
OMG amazing practice! I have lupus and fibromyalgia and had an awful nights rest. This video not only helped calm my nervous system but also improved my mobility this morning. Can't thank you enough for making these practices accessible to marginalised communities, Zelinda.
Oh Paige, you're most welcome! I'm glad to know this video was helpful to you. Keep going. A little gentle yoga most days of the week can help a lot of lupus and fibromyalgia-related symptoms. Have you already seen this one? ua-cam.com/video/pFN98e6EFL0/v-deo.html
@@yogawithzelinda I hadn't seen that one, thank you!
My favorite moments of the week are doing your yoga videos 🥰 thank you! ♥️
Yay! Thank you!
What a wonderful feeling! Thank you.
I appreciate this so much! Thank you.
Amazing, yet again. I hope you're having a lovely day.
Really liked this. Have been very tight this week and daily practice is really helping.
I enjoyed this very much !
Thank you!
I just finished this. It is a rainy day, I have arthritis and spinal stenosis, and most of me was hurting. Your yoga is a favourite of mine, especially when I am in pain, because of how gentle and nurturing it is. I am in much less discomfort now. Thank you!
Hello Doris, I'm glad this helped some! I would suggest also trying some breathing practices to calm your nervous system. You can do your breathing morning and evening if you'd like. Consistency will help a lot. Here's a good place to start: ua-cam.com/video/CRafGVIjdj4/v-deo.html
I loved this! I definitely felt less anxious at the end of this practice. Wow! So simple if we take the time for our body. Thank you
Could you please do a yoga for nighttime getting ready for sleep? I searched your videos was looking for one. Thank you for considering this.

I absolutely loved this type of workout. I have a challenge to do some movements however because of my hamstrings tendinitis. I will wait such an exercise without bending forward. I can't stretch my hamstrings.

Hello Aline! Welcome! I made this video last summer: ua-cam.com/video/NSb33gGEckw/v-deo.html I hope this helps!
hi Zelinda im struggling with a frozen shoulder, i can't raise my arm up in the air, is there another method i could try please
Hello! This is a tricky question to answer without more information about your history with frozen shoulder. Generally, people with frozen shoulder should move within their comfortable range of motion and they can ease the shoulder movement a bit by keeping their elbows bent. I’d be happy to work with you in 1x1 online yoga therapy sessions. Please email me for more info if you’re interested. You can reach me at info@rryogaroom.com. 🙂
