Hi Alexandra, I just can across your videos and have been binge watching lol Your meals are so simple and inspiring. I started doing high starch low fat and found I was not satiated and needed to eat a huge volume of food. I am not a huge volume eater and was glad to hear you suggest more calories from natural fats. That is what makes me feel full and satisfied. I like that you balance your meals with carbs, protein, and fats. I look forward to more meals with fresh ingredience from Spain. We go to Mexico every year and I think they will inspire me with all the fresh produce...thanks for sharing!

I love you videos because for one it's realistic how you will throw in whatever you have on hand, and secondly you are always balancing fats carbs protein and adding greens which is something everyone should do. greens are so important! very realistic and helpful recipes thank you!

For the roasted pumpkin sauce, I substituted the pumpkin for butternut squash and it was delicious

I made the sweet potato bowl with kale and chickpeas last week and so glad I did because it is soooo damn good and not something I have tried yet. All of the components are just amazing together. Really great recipe.

I have to say thus far everything looks perfect; legitimately healthy! I could only watch half so far because I really got to crash but I wanted to at least comment let ya know I'm a new subscriber :) I will be back to finish this and try some of these recipes. What was the purple dressing 3:30 in? Groat oats or at least steel cut are better (whole foods) though and organic because glyphosate is like 10x higher in non-organic. Can't wait to try your other recipes!

Do you consider yourself adventurous and open minded? If so you should add a mineral bath into your relaxation routine. I definitely want to try it for its healing and soothing properties someday. @@AlexandraAndersson Thanks for responding when you have the time truly kind of you and always appreciated. Yeah you are very free spirited and open so thought I'd mention it for sure. It's something I want to experience someday as well for its healing properties beneficial for both stress and muscle soreness so definitely worth a try. It's an outdoor spa with minerals you can do it by yourself, with friends, or with your significant other depending on how adventurous you are of course. Would you want to try it someday to add into your routine? If your bf is as into nature as much as you I'm sure he'd try it as well. I'll ask again on the next one but glad to support as always hope you enjoyed your Halloween.
