- Welcome to our new home in Marbella! I share what I'm up to, doing an apartment tour and also some healthy vegan fall inspired meals 🍂 Hope you enjoy!
Roasted Tomato Soup 2 servings (recipe from my app):
- 500g tomatoes
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, ground
- 115g (half a can) cannellini beans or any white
- 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1. Preheat the oven to 225C/435F
2. Roughly cut the onion in big chunks. Peel the garlic (or place them whole as I did in the video for no oil option)
3. To an oven safe form, add the tomatoes, onion, garlic, spices (not nutritional yeast) and a splash of vegetable oil (or without oil as I did in the video) Give it a mix and then roast for about 25 minutes
4. Meanwhile, you can toast bread slices and cut them in cubes. Also drain and rinse the beans
5. When the tomatoes are done, remove them from the oven. Add everything to a big blender, including the beans and nutritional yeast (or to a big pot and use a hand mixer) and blend until smooth
6. Pour the soup into bowls, decorate with vegan unsweetened yogurt, bread cubes and some black pepper or chili flakes!

Thanks for being so kind to your audience and glad you're open minded as am I. Always nice to relax more often so would you ever be open to trying a mineral bath? Someday I still plan on hopefully experiencing one as the healing properties and benefits are completely worth it not just for stress but also for muscle soreness. @@AlexandraAndersson Just curious would it be something you'd try with friends or just your bf? You can be honest it's fine haha! I'd imagine your bf though to make it more romantic but just wondering. I'd do it alone or with a friend for sure though so the experience is better. Those spas are mostly outdoors in nature so you'd probably really enjoy it. I'll ask again on the next one but thanks for being so sweet! Open conversation is truly missed nowadays although short responses are fine but I do miss longer more in depth conversation as well. Any hauls or workout videos coming soon by the way? Much love!

So I gotta ask.....how old are you? I'm considering going wfpb for the health benefits but I'm not sure if your skin and hair look great bc you are younger or bc you eat such a healthy diet. Or both 🤷 I love the simplicity of how the home looks.

Haha we are actually eating pretty late compared to in Sweden! Especially dinner

I think this video was put together pretty good. But I think I need to get that app. Only thing I was wondering before I purchased the app is, is there a way to make my meals low fat? So I guess what I’m saying is do you have meals on your app that are low-fat that I could incorporate into my diet. This is literally the only thing that’s holding me back from purchasing your app.
Hi, you can filter on "Low Fat" in the recipe explore page :) And you can always cook with water instead of oil when sautéing and so on.
