Queen do it gradually if that's what suits you because doing it overnight or too quick can lead to struggling to do it and failure. Don't put unnecessary pressure on yourself to do it. I did it gradually and it took me upto 6 months to become completely vegan but that doesn't mean it will take that long for you it may be a shorter or longer period depending on your circumstances.

Hi Alexandra! Love this challenge! I’m a new sub and I wanted to say thank you for inspiring me to strive to eat even healthier. I’ve been vegan for 10 years, but I have cyclic vomiting syndrome, intestinal dysmotility, POTS and other illnesses that make eating a major challenge. Sometimes I rely too much on processed foods/shakes, and I’m trying to make my own nutrition shakes these days with a lot of nut butters, seeds and oats to help with weight gain! I’m a small youtuber and I feel like filming every meal I’m able to eat now =) Take care!

I just finished dinner of day one following this plan and I wanted to say thank so much you for this! So far I loved all the recipes. I really really enjoyed them. I have to admit that I was even a bit sceptical because of how simple they are but I'm blown away. Really looking forward to the rest of the week and will definitely keep making these recipes and trying even more of your meal ideas! Thank you for helping me eat healthier by providing this plan free of charge.

Hello. I am a novice vegan cook and I have a concern. I havena rapid metabolism and I need healthy calorie options on a budget.
How do I do the pasta and other items in ounces for the Challenge? Thank you so much for your videos and for this challenge! Really looking forward to it!!
since the grams changes, the easiest way for you is to google for example "300grams to ounces". I'm sorry its all in grams, hopefully later I will also include ounces ☺️

Does anyone else have a hard time digesting beans? I’ve been taking probiotics for over a year and since eating beans I’ve been sooo gassy. It’s embarrassing.
