Another great video! I’m looking to enter my first novice comp sometime next year but I don’t have access to a gym with strongman equipment at the moment. What type of barbell clean do you think would carry over to a log or axle clean?
I would think power cleans and muscles would great for log
Ok. A friend tells me that over head carries (sandbag, yoke, etc) really help stability. Also, I have tried kettlebell windmills. Any tips?
Yes overhead carries do help with stability. I don't do KB Windmills unfortunately
