Tren doesnt help overhead balance. His progress was largely due to actually becoming more technical and practicing. He likely had the strength for a 160kg log from the first time he tried, his strength didnt explode. His technique did. Yes then as you go past his 160kg mark other things play a big part too though.
Only good for short peaks if at all. Most people are on just higher than TRT levels of test, and if they’re slamming more than that they’re spackers who don’t get their bloods done
Can't wait to see him back in comps, he has so much potential still
People underestimate how Repitition can make any lift so much better. Getting strong is one thing, but being efficient in a movement is another
Good stuff 👍🏻😎
TREmeNdous progression
Yep, that was my first thought too.

Breaking news, more reps helps form. Glad I spend 7 minutes to learn that lol

TST, deca, oxy most likely
Anadrol + test. E?
D-bol in weekly cycles for 4 weeks, twice a week 200mg each, then stack accordingly to how you feel. Have blood work done every 30 days 💯
