Super help video! What if you’re in between sizes, should you size up or down or is it just personal? For instance you’re between the more standard odd sizes but don’t want to change your flange shape to get an even size? Is there where inserts would be better?

Is it better to size up when this happens? If I’m a 17 mm but very elastic should we size up? I’ve been using the 17 mm but with low output.
Its best to get properly fitted- we can’t guess based on what you are reporting without risking damage
