Hey Ali, I never in my life thought I’d quit milk, nothing makes me feel better than a cup of milk with coffee in the morning, but i suddenly started noticing that although I workout and eat healthy food my stomach was sooooo bloated I felt so bad I thought that it’s because I need to loose weight but then again I work out like crazy so I questioned myself where am I going wrong ?! Then one morning I didn’t have my cup of milk by coincidence and I noticed my stomach was soooo flat ! No gas no huge stomach! I used to also think to myself am I the only one who’s always gasy !? But after I saw the difference, I decided to quit dairy cause it’s not worth it at all today was my first day dairy free and I feel amazingly light ! I can even jog faster

I suffered like hell in school. Always had digestive & sleep issues. Horrible cramps, gas & bloating in class. I failed everything & they even tested me to see if I was learning disabled (the R word that will probably get this comment deleted). I had to get a GED & I have been suffering with low-paying jobs & couldn't stand the thought of going to college. Now I'm 50 & just learning this. So it looks like dairy & sugar completely destroyed my entire life.

I have the same life story. I have ADHD and ADHD is linked to many gut health issues and food intolerances.take wheat products, dairy, processed sugar, and coffee out of your diet and you will feel so great like you never knew you could. My life is still destroyed up until this point but I am very slowly starting to turn things around. I am 34. Good luck to you, if you change your diet it is going to cultivate change in every area of your life. It won't fix everything right off the bat because you will have to work at that, but you will feel like a new person.

Dairy (milk) is meant for baby calf not for us... They forcibly make cows pregnant over and over to produce the amount of milk needed for this massive population... Imagine a woman being forcibly impregnated over and over having her babies taken from her from 2 days old and then people forcing her milk from her boobs for the population ... Yh ! When cows are pregnant they produce hormones just like woman and these hormone mess with our hormones... It's sad for them cows and not good for us. They market it well and don't want us to stop because the meat and dairy industry is worth trillions... So just cause the marketing is well done doesn't mean it's good for us and recent studies show it causes cancer... Yet they can't find the cause of cancer 🤔 that's cause the cause is what's being sold as healthy!!! Well done for going non dairy... You save one animals life everyday by not eating meat to. The true cause of climate crisis is animal agriculture it's the number 1 cause!! Great video 👍🏼

I had read that people who are lactose intolerant can consume some of the hard cheeses without any digestive issues but this wasn’t the case for me. Once I cut out all dairy from my diet I started to lose weight and after months of being dairy free I’ve lost over 20 pounds and 3 inches in my waist. Also, I don’t care how much they claim to be Dairy Free, Lactate brand dairy products still have some dairy in them. I tried their Ice Cream after being dairy free for 3 months and the results were not good! When you start reading ingredient labels and get strict with a non dairy diet you’ll realize just how much diary is in everything we consume each day. ✌️

I think it's important to acknowledge that this is a lactose intolerant individual. New studies show that dairy, the right kind, is good for you and doesn't raise your cholesterol..
With that said, I don't do well with dairy, this is my body and it doesn't mean that dairy won't be beneficial for others. I can, however, eat fermented dairy, kefir and buttermilk along with sheep and goat cheeses. It's also important to understand that the Blue Zone Sardinians who routinely live to over 100 get 25 to 40% of their diet from dairy. So, while drinking milk may not be good for you and certainly eating processed cheeses is bad there are healthy dairy products you can eat. The mistake is to think because cow's milk is difficult for you that doesn't mean other dairy products are as well. Like all things it's the quality of the food.

I had some milk fresh from a cow & it was so amazing. It felt so nourishing & I didn’t have stomach pains. I think something’s in the processed stuff that people can’t tolerate!
