Thank you for demonstrating the door “handle“ of the cord. Missed that in the instuction manual of NZ strechcordz ... Greetings from Germany!

Is this still relevant? Would you suggest doing this on top of my swimming and weights routine? I cabt imagine this would place too much stress on the body

Hi Chris, thank for this. Got a pair of greens today. I was wondering what the durability on these is like, how many workouts do they last before having to replace?

What do you suggest for a beginner who wants to build up with this?

They have different levels of cordz. I like have a few different sets. Easier ones for higher reps and many sets. Harder one for caused technique work and strength/power building (like sprints for track running). Different cordz for different adaptations. I hope that helps!

Start with the easier bands. Focus on technique and form vs. strength and reps.

can you get your heart rate up to what you would get in swimming with these?

    • @AIMPCoaching

Yes, you can perform aerobic or even anaerobic workouts with StrechCordz, though the lack of hypoxic work (controlled rhythmic breathing when swimming) and not using the big oxygen sucking leg muscles makes a huge difference. StretchCordz can still produce a high degree of muscle recruitment.

just to call that out in 2023: That is outdated. Not really Bad, but also not really good. Cheap alternative for acting 3-5 Minutes.
But actually wrong programming the forces, levers, suboptimum armwork, the entire body abilities in movement.
Strong Danger for Back pain included 😮😎
