The McMichaels wife and daughter should be charged with aiding and abetting, abuse of a corpse, and hate crimes bc they came out of the house before the police showed up to take pictures of Mr Aubrey's body after his DEATH! SO they could relive the crime! When the cops came they both act like they were so upset. NEVER once said anything about them talking pictures of Mr Aubrey's body! Premeditated!

If going by this guy's mindset, my whole neighborhood would have shot each other and a few more dead. When our houses were being built, we walked around "inside", while the framing was going up, all the time. Curiosity, getting ideas for our own build, being nosey, call it what you want, but it was a daily occurrence in new construction, and nobody cared a bit.

Because all of that surely makes this sound like a murder caused by their actions...but perhaps you can educate us, the lawyers and the judge.

The biased assumption was what led the two men to start chasing a black man under questionable circumstances. However, the state of mind when Travis pulled the trigger is key here. It MAY have been an auto reflex reaction, an instinctive self-defense response when someone turns to confront you and grab your gun. This doesn't get the Ms off the hook. But it creates obvious reasonable doubt regarding malice murder versus 2nd degree murder or manslaughter, or the equivalent thereof in Georgia. I fail to see how we can rule this possibility out. Exactly. The 2 McNuggets worked themselves into a froth of pure "bubba-ism" & became determined to cram a square peg into a round hole by forcing their stupidity into their run-away fantasies! And, HotRodder's Cletus Hogg lawyer would have us believe his client was just a bonehead "bag-holder" at this impromptu illegal 'snipe hunt.' Nope. The piano player at the whorehouse gets arrested in a vice raid too, folks. They're ALL guilty.

The prosecution may be waiting to allow the Arbery family time to file a wrongful death case now that the guilty verdict is in, from which the prosecution gets a free first run at these two before bringing up charges against them. And in many other instances, people have protested, marched, and pled with authorities to charge people for killing Blacks. When Blacks kill or commit crimes, we are charged immediately and typically harsher sentences than whites. This was a rare case of justice being served.
