I love how there's video of Charles in there in 1993 training Flex Wheeler in preparation for the 93' Olympia & he's still in there 22 years later just as enthusiastic showing anybody how to train. Guy has trained the who's who in the IFBB & doesn't seem to let that get to his head...unlike some other "gurus". Good guy with a passion

this was gold just seeing him correcting posture and positioning in these machines and movements as well as controlling tempo/concentration.
It's weird seeing the term Bro Science in the comments as pejorative when we're really talking about experience, and here we see a guy working with two different bodies and he just knows what needs to happen; most people can't even figure out what works for them, let alone someone else.

A lot of the things he explains in this video is very similar to what my dad taught me when I first started lifting. I think these things can only be learn't from people who has a lot of experience through trial and error. My dad's been lifting for over 30 years, he is 58 and his physique is much better than mine, I've only been lifting just under 2 years.

To all the people crying "Bro-scienceeeeee!!"
Bret Contreras literally published a study using EMG readings that showed that muscle fibers are not uniformly stimulated throughout their entire length on any exercise. And that, in fact, different exercises do stimulate different parts of a muscle fibers length to varying degrees. So yes, you can "hit" certain parts of a muscle e.g. "inner chest" "lower bicep" more or less using specific exercises.
