    Valuable point in regard to bicep training.. I have always had pain in the tendon that anchors the bicep to the forearm, often stretching to the point of hyper extension in the quest to lengthen the bicep.. As Charles points out, you can still get full stretch in the bicep without hyper extension risking injury.

    i love doing my arms like that i would do 3 exercises in total for my biceps and triceps switching from one muscle to another after i complete every exercise

    This blue guy? This "blue" guy is Bob Chicerillo. One of the biggest names in Bodybuilding and IFBB spokesman and media personality. That's who he is. He's also buff as fuck aged 46

    @hybridman Not true my man. The guy he's training in this video was training for a natural bodybuilding competition. I think he got 3 place. But, I do agree...most bodybuilders are on all kinds of stuff.

    can i still have a bodybuilding body from running on a treadmill and not running outside on hard pavement?do a lot of bodybuilders only run on treadmills?

    So if you have the same problem and you get people in the gym telling you you aren't stretching the bicep far enough..especially with preacher curls!! Do not listen. Once you pop the tendon it takes surgery and the use of a hook to re anchor it!

    Hey, have you considered "MuscLeader" (look on Google)? There you can watch a great free video demonstrating the best way to start building noteworthy muscle really fast while reducing excess fat as well. Devan and plenty other guys experienced great results utilizing this approach. Hopefully it works for you too.

      SmoothGames He actually means 9 sets of biceps and 9 sets of triceps, because your biceps and triceps are a small muscle group so you don't need to a whole lot of sets to train them like most people do.

    Shhhhhhh it's ok.Keep telling yourself that people who work hard are users.I love how your saying that everyone with a good degree of musculature (i.e adam) who look about 30 is on the juice.Here's a great example,look at Bob(40's) and Adam(30's) and tell me which one is natural and which isn't.
