Neck pain is so common now because our constant reliance on technology is destroying our posture.     Wow! I released a lot muscle tension in my shoulders during the Eagle arm pose. Never done the trick with moving my head in this pose. Thank you for sharing 💛

    Waiting to do this ..I have a few clicks and glitches in my neck, quite uncomfortable but had to tell my self it's ok it wont be like this, it'll pass.. it was a comfort doing this

    I did notice the same side is worked on eagle arms. First side is “right under left” then next side is “left over right” which would be the same.
    So just a heads up make sure to switch sides to anyone reading this! 💗💗💗

    I have very tight shoulders. I try and incorporate neck, shoulder, and back stretches into my everyday practice. This was really good to learn from Brett! Thank you for sharing this.
