I felt like I did very well on this today. Was pretty much able to keep up with you, which I don't think I was able to do before. Pigeon stretch wasn't too difficult to achieve either.
Today was the first time I tried the pigeon stretch, and it really helped stretch my hips out.

Ahh, lovely practice this morning. I usually do a quick 10 minute practice. I woke earlier this morning and your practice popped up. Live the garden and the birdies singing.
I've known for many years that my calves are very tight. This one really helps with stretching them out. I'm thinking now that maybe I'll start using the stretches in this video every morning. They all seem really good for me, but without being too tiring, so I think I should still be able to get a second practice in every day.

Today I realized I needed to start drinking more water before I start. I also have finally started doing pigeon correctly, or a lot more so, as until today I've had my knee in the wrong place. Anyway, these practices have really been helping. Thank you Brett. :)

Looking at my past comment, I guess I've really improved with this one. I wasn't really tired throughout the practice, though I did having trouble keeping up with you. The main problem though is that I keep having phlegm coming up through practice. I tried your 3rd and 4th chakras video yesterday though. Do you think that's a good one to help with phlegm?
