It’s all about the lower body, at-least for the next 20 minutes! This low impact workout will target the booty, hamstrings, calves, quads, and a little bit of core. You will feel the burn in no time! You will need a stable chair for equipment (or you can always balance against a wall). Remember, as an option you can always reduce the range of motion with each exercise. Happy Barre’ing my friends!

So I picked this workout to be a fun barre exercise today....had NO idea what was coming hah! This was amazing!!!!!!! I usually do pilates and hiit and I guess it has been getting a bit boring and my body has gotten used to it. Let me tell you...I was not prepared for this one today. It hurt so good! I am so excited to start doing your workouts. Thanks for making this all available to us!
I’m quad dominant, so I have a horrible time actually feeling my glutes. Squats, RDLs, thrusts, working with a trainer - nothing works. But barre does… I come back to this video over and over! ❤

Loved this workout! I love that you do all the exercises on one leg before switching to maximise that burn 🔥❤️it's just too easy when you keep switching legs and resting. I can only fit in 20 min workouts do this is ideal.
I always feel like I am going to give up, but you have to switch so quickly I forget the pain. I think this will finally help shed off those last few pounds. Great workouts!
