This is the perfect stretching routine after an upper body day at the gym, if you sit at a desk all day, or if you feel any tightness in the upper body. This 25 minute upper body will provide some active and static stretching to release any tension you may be experience. I highly recommend using a yoga mat. I use a yoga block, but it’s not required.

This was AMAZING! I have done a lot of yoga from big names on UA-cam and this one is my absolute fav upper body yoga stretches! Larie you did amazing on the cues! I didn’t even have to watch you! I could flow right along with my eyes closed focusing on breath. Awesome job girl! 💗👊🏻

This is my all time favorite yoga sequence. I probably do it on average twice a week, wish I could do it everyday! It's been amazing since nursing my newborn and pumping, my neck is so sore!

Hey, I love all your videos! I wanted to request a barre-less workout that could be done with a chair that encorporated the combined arabesque ,attitude, meat slicer,&fire hydrant? I teach Barre and do this a lot in class but I'm a new instructor and I enjoy hearing your prompts.
Absolutely! I was trained through the booty barre method so I’m not familiar with the meat slicer, but I believe it’s a knee bend to side? I gotcha girl! I’m going to try to film this today (I’ve been wanting to do a barre lower body workout for a while) but I am soooooo sore in my booty that my form may look terrible lol oh well! Here goes nothing! (Sometimes I don’t even say the name of an exercise, I’ll just describe what I want your body to do and feel)
