Super great video as usual, man! Funny how similar of a build mentality we took. My daily 2nd gen TC got a very similar treatment and hit the track at the end of the series.
Just picked up a K24/20 fa5 and first thing I got was literally annex coilovers. A good amount of the scene out here runs them. Also for those interested, if you do get the swift spring upgrade, they make you set the bump stop before actually setting up everything else
BTW, Annex is now working on a fix for the coilovers so if you guys buy some hopefully they're good to go! Track video coming soon :)

I like that you’re never bummed about having to switch out any of the parts that you put on in the event that you didn’t like them (exhaust, the sway bar).
Some are a hit and some are a miss! No shame in making a mistake with a product, just gotta keep moving :)

camber, F/R eibach sway bars.

I'm following this closely. Very similar car to my 2012 Acura TSX. I have the special edition with the 6mt
Prefer the street setup cause trail braking to skip rear end out is fun. It's no longer all about the tires... If rear brakes are over powered (had yellow-stuff pads and rotor), I like to flick the rear end out before the apex and get the nose facing-in ahead of the turn.... What you can do Depends on the car's setup, but super easy with my stock 2017 Sedan.

Thanks! I'm racing on July 18th so I'll try to get that video out quickly after! The Annex coilovers are about $1500 if I remember but if you use my coupon code (pattyboi) you'll save I think $125. I'm happy with them for sure and excited to see how the whole car feels on track
I have an 07 Civic sedan DX or Ex Or LX not sure. All the bushings on the control arm or shot along with the shocks. I feel like I'm ice skating over every bump and shifting

I used a dremel to clearance where bar was hitting and it clears fine no issue now.
Oh that's a good idea, makes sense! Still, a bit of a shame to have to dremel a chassis but if you want that extra stiffness from the progress that's a good solution

What are the spring rate on your annex coil over?
When you lower car, hardrace sell Roll Center Adjusters for you front control arm
I heard the 8th gens don't have 100% need for those roll center adjusters like the RSX's do? Maybe one day, the car feels decent at this height and it's very functional
I enter the highway at 130. Also, could you have re-routed the abs cable under the brake line?
Ahhh I forgot if I tried that, I don't recall where the abs sensor disconnects but maybe I'll try that this weekend and follow up
Were you at all interested in an RSX, if you didn't find as clean of an 8th gen SI (as you mentioned in one of your previous videos)?
I actually text drove and RSX Type S a couple weeks before buying my FG2. They look better but in my opinion don't perform as well. The suspension geometry is kinda meh, missing LSD, and the interior is a bit basic. I'm happy with my choice but I just wish I found a clean sedan instead haha
