Flirting with the age of 80, and still have predominantly brown hair. However at one point in my life I was injured, and a couple of years later I noticed that I had hairs with an inch of white hair that was combined with new growth of brown hair. @@yourcelebrantI have come to figure that out! And of course once injured diet changes due to inability to prepare meals as before. Makes sense now but wasn’t so obvious back in the 80’s.
Dr Osborne, I’m 50 and my whole head is grey and I’m grateful. I have changed my life style and live a healthy lifestyle so probably my hair will go all black as it used to be and if not that’s cool too because I’m wiser and grateful. P.S: I know 2 people who live very unhealthy lifestyles including smoking and they’re 50+ and they don’t have 1 single grey hair. Must have to do with genetics. The typical Mediterranean diet, is high in veggies and moderate protein. This guy seems to ignore the blue zone regime and pushes old school animal protein. Didn't show much science to back his claims in that regard.
@@yourcelebrantI encourage you to dig a lot deeper into the blue zones. They actually eat much more meat than is reported by plant based biased sources. Lots and lots of pork in Okinawa. And Sardinians eat tons of animal products.

As vegans generally eat high carbs (starch, unprocessed carbs) and are amongst the few who's BMI is actually correct, they suffer less insulin resistance and because they are predominantly plant based with all the benefits of the built in anti oxidants, flavinoids, and pytonutritants.
