    Thank you for this! I am 62 yrs old, and I get a lot of compliments on my black but mostly silver/gray hair. I was not looking to change the color, however, I went carnivore for almost a year and I swear my hair color started going dark again. When I mentioned this to family and friends, everyone told me it was not possible. I'm NOT crazy! 😊

      Im 65 i take zinc 30mg with added copper. After a few days the gray goes away. Stop taking it and the gray starts to come back. I've stopped and started again a dozen times over a couple of years so i do believe its the zinc copper combo.

    Flirting with the age of 80, and still have predominantly brown hair.
    However at one point in my life I was injured, and a couple of years later I noticed that I had hairs with an inch of white hair that was combined with new growth of brown hair. I asked my doctor about this and they had no clue, and had never heard of such a thing!

    Dr Osborne, I’m 50 and my whole head is grey and I’m grateful. I have changed my life style and live a healthy lifestyle so probably my hair will go all black as it used to be and if not that’s cool too because I’m wiser and grateful.
    P.S: I know 2 people who live very unhealthy lifestyles including smoking and they’re 50+ and they don’t have 1 single grey hair.

      I encounter a lot of older women these days who actually have their hair dyed white. bNot bleached, but clearly dyed something that gives it a silvery white color. Gray is the mising of light and dark, it means you contain both, you're the link or bridge between worlds. An immense responsibility. The universe tried to get me to wear a white shirt earlier (long story) this year, but I continued wearing the grey shirt I had come to be familiar with. It made sure I understood the consequences and meaning of this choice, or choice made through lack of choosing.

    As vegans generally eat high carbs (starch, unprocessed carbs) and are amongst the few who's BMI is actually correct, they suffer less insulin resistance and because they are predominantly plant based with all the benefits of the built in anti oxidants, flavinoids, and pytonutritants. Etc. Etc. You should define what you mean by "carbs" they are most definitely not all created equally. Spermadine and the foods that contain it are also most likely to be eaten by those on a plant based diet . BTW there is not a long-term, educated vegan who does not take B12, indeed in many case studies vegans have higher b12 because they do know the importance. You ramble on about protein as though animals make it themselves. No animal can make protein only plants have that ability so what vegans do is simply cut out the intermediary, and the associated torture and death and go straight to the source. The one with fibre, to feed the microbiome, the one without the health consequences associated with meat products.

    • @andreahl1825
      @andreahl1825 2 дні тому

      vegans are those who suffer insulin resistance the most if they eat enough plant protein to make sure to have complete essencial amino accid profiles. (specially eldery people and anyone above the age of 40 needs around 1.6 g of protein per kg body weight and that equals 700g of boiled chickpeas or 1.1 kg of quinoa in one sitting which is massive burden to the pancreas!) This is very high intake and spikes up the insulin production and this is NOT feasible and sufficient source of protein for children and eldery people! dont even get me started on antinutrients in those crapy sources of protein and all the defficiencies vegans and vegetarians suffer from (B12, ZINC, IODINE, haem IRON, OMEGA 3 (DHA&EPA, vit D3, K2,..)
