Girl i knew as a child became sick with inflammatory breast cancer. My daughter in love died from IBC and there is a treatment center at MD Anderson in Houston now, the Morgan Welch Inflammatory Breast Cancer CLinic. I told her about it, but Instead of seeking treatment at MD Anderson she went to a “clinic” in Mexico that practiced the Gerson Method which involves several coffee enemas a day among other treatments. She died six months later.

I have seen many testimonials of people who survived using Gerson who were told that there were no more options that could help.

I did my own study, I had a coffee enema and multiple parasites, sometimes up to seven inches long came out of my body. I had more enegy and I felt better afterward.
This is a classic example of science as an observer vs science as a participant. The observer doesnt have any real experience- they never once tried it so all they can offer is an opinion. Whereas the participant can offer what they experienced as a matter of fact.
Also, I really admire this man for not turning off the comments when everybody disagreed with him.

I definitely experience benefits. You don’t just use instant coffee or ground coffee there is special organic coffee made for enemas. The first time I did it I definitely felt it in my lungs! I had a sore spot on my left lung and it went away and after fifteen minutes I was coughing phlegm. I was a bad alcoholic and the special coffee by Wilson’s has 48% more caffeine and 87% higher in palmitic acid. You need to boil in sterile or filtered water for fifteen minutes using one to three tablespoons per cup of water. Start with one. When inserted into the rectum the caffeine and palmitic acid go directly to the liver causing it to release glutathione the bodies wonder antioxidant. There’s a lobe on the liver responsible for healing the lungs and I can attest to that as my sore spot from toking cleared up and my lungs began functioning better clearing phlegm. Now I have been adding 2-5 grams of glutathione and 2 grams of NAC in every enema and the results are amazing. Your liver is your ANGRY ORGAN and when I’m twisted angry over nothing it all disappears after a coffee enema. NAC is administered to Tylenol overdose patients to make the liver produce large amounts of glutathione which in turn saves the liver from Tylenol death. After I read that is when I stared adding glutathione and NAC to my enemas. My alcoholic fatty liver is no longer fatty. My lungs are clear and I do not need Advair or a puffer any longer even though I toke a lot and I’m sure all that glutathione I add and the glutathione the liver produces from the nac has saved my brain and other organs from the ravages of alcohol and the toxins from the weed. I’ve been doing coffee enemas religiously for over three years. I’m a senior 73 years old this August and if not for the coffee enemas fortified with nac and glutathione I doubt very much I’d be as healthy as I am. I only quit heavy drinking two years ago a 15-20 beer a day addiction. I never got Covid or a flu or cold since I stared doing my fortified coffee enemas. Doing a coffee enema takes practice. Believe me it takes practice. First time the enema bag was six feet up so it was like a fire hose going in my butt and I was scrambling like hell to get off the floor to the toilet.😂 Read the instructions and start slowly with a weak solution. I now use three tablespoons per cup which really makes the liver do it’s thing plus the NAC hits the liver producing copious quantities of glutathione plus I add glutathione. Am I over doing it? Well no downside after three years. By using NAC in the enema the bioavailability is around 50% compered to 4-9% orally. I swear by my coffee enemas. There is research on this but the Doc just hasn’t found it. Good health to all.

When you do a coffee enema, how much (volume) do you do and how many iterations? I do 2 sets of 1.5 litres and hold between 17-20 minutes. Thanks

    • @robertlyons991

@@LordStanley94 I use 2 grams of powder NAC and 2 grams powder Glutathione in a litre of strong coffee 3 tbls/ cup of coffee and hold it a minimum of 15 minutes and sometimes 21 minutes once a day for a week then take a break for a few days. I takes 15 minutes minimum for my lungs to cough any phlegm. If I’m angry and twisted in the head a twenty one minute cleanse certainly gets rid rid of those negative emotions. Nac is very beneficial for the liver and also the brain big time. I’ve done two enemas in a day but not back to back and not very often. Chemo patients flush the liver 2-3x a day.

SAVED MY LIFE! I was seriously ill and 2 MD's one and another were completely A-holes. A short while later, my teeth began disengaging, hair falling out and whole body blew up.
It's. Long story but I was unknowingly exposed to a nightmare on the other side of a privacy fence. 6 months after moving in, seriously ill!!
Long story short I saw a GREAT ALTERNATIVE DOCTOR. I learned how to do Gerson Therapy myself. Along with alternative antibiotics, antiparasitics and an version of healthy keto that was very simple. It took from 2013-2017 to fix my situation. I have done coffee enemas for 20 years. So have many, many, other people that I know in the health community. Overwhelmingly, we can ALL tell you that when done correctly they cause copious secretion of bile into toilet. I experience, as well as many others, a wide array of benefits such as:
    1) greatly enhanced flexibility in the joints
    2) a powerful reduction of musculoskeletal tension
    3) the gradual elimination of “sludge” in the gallbladder as diagnosed by CT scans/ultrasound
    4) often a very considerable rush of endorphins, very UNLIKE when drinking coffee, and thus a very effective boost in a general sense of well being.
    5) when one is fasting, detoxifying in any type of cleanse, or is gradually withdrawing from substance abuse, AND is feeling nauseous, achy, depressed, anxious etc; the “ bile release” experienced will greatly mitigate these symptoms.
    6) Dr. Sherry Rogers, Dr.Nick Gonzales, Dr.Max Gerson, Dr.William Donald Kelley, Myself, and MANY other licensed, well educated, and experienced physicians personally use and professionally endorse coffee enemas as safe and effective.
    7) Perhaps you are pressed for time and could not give adequate inquiry into the topic, Clearly you have either not done the enema correctly OR are so revolted by and skeptical that your personal experience has been negative or ABSENT?
    8) If you “really” look into this, you will find MANY very sane, reasonable, and successful clinicians and civilians SWEAR by the benefits. Please do not be so presumptuous to believe that all this is JUST crazy talk/placebo and that ALL these people falsely interpret the experience they swear by. How many of YOUR colleagues do that to you when you criticize conventional allopathy? Also, your show is excellent either way!!!!

I learned about enemas about 38 yrs ago when I was 35. I had become very chemically sensitive at the time from a serious chemical toxic exposure and a knowledgeable MD sent me to a well known Naturopath for detox treatments in his Southington Clinic, consisting of saunas, induced fever bath treatments (designed to make the body sweat), and weekly regular colonics and occasional coffee enemas to help flush the liver. The idea being to help rid the body of the extreme toxic load. These need to be done in specific ways, using only distilled water (never tap). It is used primarily to help flush the body of toxins, similar to a sauna, only from the inside. I have since learned it was done years ago if someone was sick to clean out the colon. It is also written up in the Essene Gospel of Peace and that's how far back I have seen it talked about (if anyone is curious you can find that Gospel on line). So now I am 73 and when I feel under par, I will give myself an enema and feel so much better afterward. Water heals in many ways. I consider this a tool to help maintain health. We clean the outside and it makes perfect sense to help clean the inside when the body has become unable to keep up with the toxic load accumulated from exposures of this world we live in.
Other than being 25 lbs overweight, I have no major illnesses and use no medications. I truly hope the carnivore diet will fix that. Just because a practice seems unusual, does not mean it is invalid and as an example, one might look at how many false studies are done and how much false information on diet and health has already been taught. Although I think enemas can be beneficial, from my personal experience, I agree that one needs to know what they're doing to be safe.

The problem is enemas negatively affect the good bacteria in the gut. If you have trouble with the carnivore diet it will be because of your enema’s. You have probably already negatively affect your intestine that is why you don’t feel good until you’ve done one.

I disagree here too! I suffered with horrible eczema after taking a round of antibiotics prescribed to me. I had it from Nov 2022 to April 2023. It was triggered by gluten, dust, and dogs 🐕. I workout a LOT and will not be having children, so my dogs will be my kids. The dermatologists and doctors I spoke with offered nothing but steroid injections and itch cream. I was told time after time that it was permanent, nothing at all that they could do, no real way to know what causes it. Only that I had to avoid what's triggering it. So every time I was at the gym doing floor work like abs, push ups, wall walks, burpees or anything like that - My face would blow up within an hour!! I did a ton of research and stumbled across the gut and skin connection. I started carnivore and taking Heart and Soil gut health supplements and did that for about 45 days. It did not cure or heal it in that time. So I continued my research and found colonics and how thousands of people had eczema from toxic buildup or parasites. I suspect that may have been a factor since i was reacting to dogs all of a sudden too. I had one colonic irrigation and coffee enema 🎉 and my eczema immediately cured and gone. Now, I do them once per month or two for continued detox.

I'm just now seeing this! I have had a largely whole foods diet for probably the last 3-4 years. I've also been very big on exercise and lots of walking. I literally had 1 session and I started "testing" myself around the gluten and dogs and dust and it never happened again! I suspect it was either parasites or in fact a toxicity issue in the liver which is why one single session cured it. I feel amazing on carnivore and will likely continue in the realm of carnivore or Keto-carnivore the rest of my life. I did the gravity colonic with a colon hydrotherapist in the area. Most places have a machine but I wanted to do it the old school way that has been around for hundreds of years. I also did not do the "lots of fresh juiced veggies and fruits" they sometimes recommend. I made sure to keep up on my water intake and the heart and soil gut health supplements keep everything moving smoothly down there, so I didn't get constipated or anything before my colonic and enema.

This video reminded me of a long ago behavior that definitively left my family with a unique memory. My mother was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma when she was 51 years old. The chemotherapy came close to killing her (per my dad’s statement). Following chemo she hooked up with a lady who touted eating sea kelp, a home grown mushroom (yes mom grew her own mushroom) miso soups, as well as coffee enemas. Mom was faithful to do them for several months. She took more vitamins than Carter has liver pills. She actually had an old timey cosmetic suitcase that housed her vitamins when we went on vacation. My father, as well as my siblings and I laughed at Mom’s “treatments”. Mom was then diagnosed with RA in her 60’s. Shortly after this announcement mother was gifted a book my sister in law found at a garage sale which highlighted the story of an individual who used tetracycline to decrease the effects of Rheumatoid Arthritis. Mom found a physician who was willing to prescribe this for her. She took “T” for a period of time. I have no clue what the dosage was or how many times a week she took it (I was married and no longer living with my parents). My mother has one finger that was damaged by RA. She now takes a low dose of prednisone and hydroxychloroquine every day.
My father has been deceased for 18 years and mother is now 93 years old and will be 94 in September. Her memory is failing her, she needs assistance with activities of daily living, but her appetite is great and she continues to want lipstick , rouge (we now call it blush) and face crème applied. She is trying to decrease her use of 70% chocolate as she wants to reduce the size of her stomach.😊❤️

It is especially good for treating the liver when you are on a vegetarian diet. And so that toxins do not linger in the body, doctors use this enema. The article is still available in hospitals in Germany.

If you have actually done a series of colonics (not coffee enemas) you will be astounded at what comes out of a colon impacted with fecal-matter from a lifetime of eating incompatible food combinations. The health results are dramatic. Sure, no one wants to talk about squirting a garden-hose up your butt - sounds unnatural and silly. I've been doing organic coffee enemas twice a month (every 2 weeks) for over a year. The warmer the better to help break down and rinse junk in the colon that needs to come out. I haven't measured my rinse fluid but it's probably around 106 F, the same as a standard hot tub. Below 98 F and the cold cramps are the damn worse! 😂 Hold it for 12 to 15 minutes. Shake and move and rest in different positions to help break up the colon debris so it comes out better.
Enemas take some getting used to, and determination. Deep breathing when the cramps come is KEY, and not cringing and freaking out when you'll get cramps holding it. The cramps are normal.
After I'm done, I always feel a little violated yet appreciative to be free of it! 😆
Do yourself a favor and buy the stainless steel can enema for best results and easy cleaning/drying. Do them before 10am on an empty stomach, having nothing but a glass or two of water beforehand. This way you won't be kept up to 1am on the caffeine buzz.
If you want specific guidance just ask. Not gonna waste my time typing otherwise. It's simple overall.

You could not be more wrong about enemas in general. I've been doing warm distilled water enemas for over 7 years now, in order to cleanse out the die-off of candida or parasites, I'm not even sure what's in me that I'm killing off. But if I wait for a natural bowel movement to clear the dead toxic die-off out. I would have already absorbed all their toxic die off and boy does that cause sweat and hurt with major pain. But as soon as I do two or three back-to- back warm distilled water enemas, I get immediate relief for a few more hours. And trust me some of the things that came out of me 😢 I did not eat. They just grew on their own trying to Cripple me everywhere. So I say don't knock it till you try it just to see if you get good results or not. If you don't get any good results then don't do them. For those of you who do coffee enema and benefit from it, I say continue with what you are doing. For the rest of you, I say respect their practice. No need to pooh pooh or ridicule them. You do you, they do them. Enemas (not necessarily coffee) has been practiced since ancient times (not caveman era for sure) so it cannot be a bad thing. Coffee enema is also part of the Gerson Therapy protocol. Sure it has not been proven medically to be beneficial, at the same time it has not been proven harmful either.

I can’t speak from personal experience, but my paternal great grandfather was a naturopathic physician, and he passed his knowledge onto my grandmother. She did not use coffee enema’s regularly, but she did swear by them, and, to my understanding, her father would recommend and administer them to many of his patients. Based on that, and some of the comments I am reading here, I’d have to say that you might be wrong on this one, Dr. Berry. Maybe revisit it at some point.

I disagree with this…other than the actual use of coffee. But water enemas have proven to be highly beneficial for me to help rid of accumulated toxins from binders/infrared sauna while treating mold toxicity. I feel so much better after doing one. Binders cause constipation and other than large doses of vitamin C or magnesium, a water enema does wonders!

I'm so glad water enemas work for you, this is such a relief to hear because, I found myself in a desperately position lately, I'm having pretty bad constipation and just cannot go without laxatives or an enema and I was worried about long term effects but I have no choice! So it's a relieve to know that I can rely on home self applied water enemas 3 times a week to have a bowel movement without danger. May I ask, then, is it safe to do it, for example 3 times a week, with plain distilled warm water? And do you notice relief and sleep better etc? Do you loose electrolytes?

I know this is completely different from coffee enemas but under the broad category of introducing substances into the colon, this is a procedure that has had life-changing results. While trying thing in my battle with cancer I read that during a war nurses ran out of morphine and started administering coffee enemas to soldiers for pain control. They believed it worked just as well. Also before giving birth it was required for the mothers to have enemas. So what has changed over the years. If we're talking primal and historical this is a procedure that used to be a common place. Dr. Berry please do more research and make a follow-up. If you're promoting things that worked for our ancestors don't throw this one out just quit yet.

For 2 days after i was feeling soo much better. Maebye try it first instead of reading research for yourself and then tell people. Btw a big fan of yours. Plz, no offense.

    • @microbios8586
      @microbios8586 7 місяців тому

Yes, I have been doing enemas daily for years. It's addicting for me because I instantly feel empty, debloated, light and hydrated. I haven't had any other negative effects other than not tolerating any gas whatsoever. The moment I feel discomfort in my bowels, I feel urged to do an enema. This is a psychological thing that I cannot overcome, so just be careful if you have OCD or generally obsessive tendencies about hygiene.

I have gilberts syndrome and through my health journey the best thing Ive done to change my quality of life has been coffee enemas, olive oil liver flush, and customizing diet. Meat, cooked mushrooms and small amts of mashed potatoes, fruit, and raw milk. I just found Rob Stuart and his advice is very similar. Carnivore alone doesnt work for everyone, it is a great start though, along with coffee enemas. 😊

But afraid of doing coffee enemas because of loosing electrolytes. Do you do them often? Do you take extra electrolytes? Are water enemas a safe option as well for avoiding electrolyte issues? Thank you so much.

I have horrible psoriasis on my scalp, face, and behind my ears. Stress seems to exacerbate it. I don't like taking Rx meds for it. I don't know why, but if I do at least one coffee enema per, week my psoriasis disappears. As an FNP, I can't explain it. I have also researched the topic to no avail. All I know is that when I stop doing the enemas, my psoriasis returns within 8 weeks. Crazy...

Coffee enemas are best for skin issues, bar none. Don't waste your time going to a dermatologist. They will say it's chronic, autoimmune, and treat it with steroids. The cure is low carbs, single ingredient foods, and coffee enemas.
