Me too.... it always hurt to go and I was always bound up and then I started not feeling the sensation of having to go and would be so constipated it would hurt so badly and cause tears and bleeding and pain. I was always bloated.... doctors will say don't use enemas yet will throw you meds that make you feel cramped and have severe diarrhea. An enema helps majorly daily to pass a bowel movement. I cried too.

😆you just saved me the trouble of making this very kind of video.
I've done enema/Colonic Therapy throughout my life , and it's been several years since the last series.
I think this therapy should be the first thing any doctor should recommend before any diagnosis or invasive surgeries.
I have so many stories of how I was helped by this, but my favorite is how 30 yrs ago I was fasting and doing an enema once a day. Around the 1 week mark, what came out were 2, 6 inch long spaghetti looking objects, which my research identified as (dead) tapeworms. I was so proud of myself to have got rid of those. No one is taught much about parasites, but we are full of them and They are the ones who love junk food and sugar, hence, unhealthy , unwanted 'cravings'.
I've done peyote enemas, coffee ones, and now I'm using distilled water, which I've been drinking for 8 years(city water ,distilled).
The intestines are just like a hose, 20 ft. Long all cramped up in your body.
As you flush you cars hoses and such, that's all this is...helping clear out stuck stuff that causes problems.
Thanks for doing this! I still get 'nervous' too, until after the first one, then I look forward to the next lol.

You do realise this doesn't actually clean that far up enemas and douching only cleans the rectum from trace of faeces if putting it too far in you will end up perforrating which can only be fixed by surgery the rest of the body detoxes itself and for women these are actually very very dangerous if done vaginally and don't be shoving anything other than water or saline in them

I find that breathing up through my root chakra helps when the liquid wants to come out. I imagine the liquid coming up and in to my bowels as I breathe in. It helps! Also, thinking of other things and a meditative mindset (watching your thoughts) help. There will be times when you just can't hold it, which is why towels and an easy to clean floor are essential (bathtub or big shower floor are the best if available!). Lol this is such a hard topic to talk openly about, but it's a wonderful thing to do for health. I applaud this man for being so vulnerable!

I really recommend water based lube for the nozzle, as moisturiser often contains things that can irritate mucus membranes. Tried vaseline but it actually made it grippier, so purpose made lube is where it's at. Natural bowel movement first makes it a lot easier, then a plain water enema, then a herbal/coffee one that you hold in longer. That's how I do it anyway 👍.

Thank you for making this video. I laughed when you started to breath heavy before calling the doc for words of wisdom. When I did it, I took five minutes for the set-up and 45 minutes of breathing heavy, forgetting to breath, shaking my head, and asking myself wth am I doing before I even began the insertion. I was terrified!
Also for anyone doing this, its true. The insertion feels like a small pressure in your lower gut, nothing painful just unsettling. Then there is the extraction. Holy jesus. Again, nothing painful but your going to feel as though your taking a slippery dump. DO NOT clench up. Remain calm, remain relaxed and take all the time you need to pull it out.
I didn't, I just wanted to get it over with and pulled it out. My fvkn neighboors were knocking on my door asking if my girlfriend was alright.(She wasn't home at the time, but I told them we were watching a scary movie.)
After the first time you know what to expect and it gets easier if you ever have to do it again, but word to the wise, you dont need to do it every day. I'm pretty sure your docter will let you know, but for those just trying it out be warned.
