I am considering getting an enema done as I am suffering from bowel disease, this video definitely helped me get some perspective and ease my anxiety, Thanks bro
I love coffee enemas, they make me feel great. It makes me feel purified and it’s great for the liver. Just make sure to do a few water enemas first because your bowels need to be cleared otherwise you Can’t hold it for long. You’re supposed to hold it for around 12-15 minutes. I’ve been doing them daily as I’m exploring some deep healing using gerson therapy.
I do them maybe 3 times a week. According to gerson therapy it’s ok to do them regularly. Just try it out and see how you feel. I haven’t had negative effects that I’ve noticed.
In India it’s 5000 years old procedure which is the best for internal cleansing it’s called Basti in Ayurveda which is very ancient medical science thank you for sharing

@helene5421, these procedures have risks After doing 2 Colonics I experienced very bad Allergies for 18-24 months, taking probiotics does not always help restore Friendly bacteria, the gut is very complex, that's my experience and is not a recommendation, do what you want

Of all the enema tutorials I've found on UA-cam, yours was the best because you actually did the procedure on camera. I'm suffering with constipation and I was a bit nervous but you gave me the courage to try. Luckily here in the states we have a ready-made soft plastic bottle with a lubed insertion top so no cords, bags, etc. It's called FLEET.
I tried using the fleet enema also and I just can't get it to work! The nozzle is only two and a half inches long! And I can't get my arm around to stick it in my..."giggy"! This one looks like it might work because it has such a long nozzle. Do you have problems with your fleet enema also and if so how do you get it to work finally? Comments please.
You are amazing for doing this! Igot this same kit about three weeks ago and I am anxious to use it. Your video was encouraging because you were nervous and you did it while documenting for people like me. Appreciate it!

@@roopagoudar20 Yeah that's what it did for me. Some of it was just so stuck but washing it out with an enema was the trick. Another thing I did is that I used diet 7up for some of my enemas because the bubbles break down the poop in there in a way that normally doesn't happen.
The first coffee enema I did I felt like I was on acid without the negative effects. I was just so happy, you should be using coconut oil for the lube.
The enema nervous-ness is SO real. I'm more nervous about the negative affects I'll feel once everything's in. It's definitely not pleasant. Sorry to hear that your Dad died of colon cancer. I have been doing daily enemas since I was 13 in 1995 for detoxing, fitness, health and wellness. We do live in a toxic environment. We are exposed to many chemicals that cause illnesses, diseases, pain, weight gain and weight plateau, poor skin health, infertility just to name a few.
Best video on enima I have seen. Thank you for being candid, this will help my husband take the leap with me for the internal cleanse. Very well put together. I hope you won your race! ❤
Props to you for doing this. I purchased the kit some time ago and have been somewhat reluctant to use it. It's not a subject one openly discusses even with family/friends. I know it to be beneficial health wise. I will take the "plunge" today. This video was just what is needed to clear the preconceived notions about this process. Thank you for sharing!!
I find that breathing up through my root chakra helps when the liquid wants to come out. I imagine the liquid coming up and in to my bowels as I breathe in. It helps! Also, thinking of other things and a meditative mindset (watching your thoughts) help. There will be times when you just can't hold it, which is why towels and an easy to clean floor are essential (bathtub or big shower floor are the best if available!). Lol this is such a hard topic to talk openly about, but it's a wonderful thing to do for health. I applaud this man for being so vulnerable!
hey, thanks for this. i have a different, much smaller enema that i have to do and im soo nervous... when you said "enema, not as bad as it sounds," it made me feel better. thanks !
I really recommend water based lube for the nozzle, as moisturiser often contains things that can irritate mucus membranes. Tried vaseline but it actually made it grippier, so purpose made lube is where it's at. Natural bowel movement first makes it a lot easier, then a plain water enema, then a herbal/coffee one that you hold in longer. That's how I do it anyway 👍.
Omg 😳 totally me at 6:40 😅😂 I’m not sure if I can do this! “Stick it in & get on with it.” 😩😆 Bro totally props for doing it on cam! Thank you! I feel less nervous. Good to know I won’t die 😂🤣

Thank you for making this video. I laughed when you started to breath heavy before calling the doc for words of wisdom. When I did it, I took five minutes for the set-up and 45 minutes of breathing heavy, forgetting to breath, shaking my head, and asking myself wth am I doing before I even began the insertion. I was terrified! Also for anyone doing this, its true. The insertion feels like a small pressure in your lower gut, nothing painful just unsettling. Then there is the extraction. Holy jesus. Again, nothing painful but your going to feel as though your taking a slippery dump. DO NOT clench up. Remain calm, remain relaxed and take all the time you need to pull it out. I didn't, I just wanted to get it over with and pulled it out. My fvkn neighboors were knocking on my door asking if my girlfriend was alright.(She wasn't home at the time, but I told them we were watching a scary movie.) After the first time you know what to expect and it gets easier if you ever have to do it again, but word to the wise, you dont need to do it every day. I'm pretty sure your docter will let you know, but for those just trying it out be warned.
Green organic coffee filtered is best to use and organic coconut oil on the tip. Also, use distilled water so you reduce impurities from tap water etc. But watch your electrolytes after because the process will also flush out electrolytes.
I used to do enemas every other day. Careful to protect the gut balance which I think is called parastasis. I backed off but my situation with my teeth got worse so I'll start this again. Colon feels clean when i do baking soda and epsom salt enema. LOVE THE AFTER FEELIMG OF AN ENEMS. Cofee enemas(organic) are the BEST. GREAT VIDEO MATE ❤

Hi, I am curious about the protocol of your liver cleans, could you share it please ?
Brave, Man. Thanks for this detailed vlog for those of us who have been advised to do this, but don’t even know where to start.
I will never forget my first enemas done by myself. I can't believe what came out! Some really strange things! Most strangely was what appeared to look like coffee grounds! Many cup loads it seemed endless. Apparently this substance is dried blood ‐a sign of possible internal intestinal bleeding? Also really strange looking poop preceded this. I'm so glad I took the initiative and tried it. Now when I do them, no surprises.
Or maybe parasites
@@mrmullemunken when parasites release themselves from intestinal walls internal bleeding follows which causes blood to forn like coffee grounds inside the digestive tract. I was doing turpentine on sugar at this time which suppose obliterate any and all internal parasites. I saw no parasites but did see the dried blood coffee ground looking substance in massive amounts
I am considering getting an enema done as I am suffering from bowel disease, this video definitely helped me get some perspective and ease my anxiety, Thanks bro
You may want to look up UA-cam The Healthy Life. Markus Rothkranz.

It does help with anxiety as well.
I love coffee enemas, they make me feel great. It makes me feel purified and it’s great for the liver. Just make sure to do a few water enemas first because your bowels need to be cleared otherwise you
Can’t hold it for long. You’re supposed to hold it for around 12-15 minutes. I’ve been doing them daily as I’m exploring some deep healing using gerson therapy.
Does your bum feel pleasured from stimulation?
So how often can you do a coffee enema without it being "harmful"?
I do them maybe 3 times a week. According to gerson therapy it’s ok to do them regularly. Just try it out and see how you feel. I haven’t had negative effects that I’ve noticed.
@@hughforster thats too much youre destroying the good bacteria too

In India it’s 5000 years old procedure which is the best for internal cleansing it’s called Basti in Ayurveda which is very ancient medical science thank you for sharing
It's not gross, it's really nice of you to share it with us. Thank you. :)
I'm in hospital and have to have an enema before surgery. Your video was so helpful at explaining what happens. Thank you.
THANK YOU SO MUCH. I had some trouble using the bathroom after a surgery, mostly caused by the anesthesia and pain meds I had to take. There’s no way I would have had the courage to use an enema if I hadn’t seen this video!
Thank you I am so glad you did this because I was getting ready to go to a professional but don't want to spend that much money or even do something that's private with a stranger so I googled how to give myself an enema and your video is the first one that pops up and after watching and listening to your experience I'm headed to the local CVS by my house to get a kit thank you sending love from California ☀️❤️🧡💛
Dear Cam, THANK YOU SO much for your video, as I've been wanting to do a cleanse, but was so AFRAID of hurting myself or puncturing my colon or something horrific. You have given me the COURAGE I so badly needed to do this. God bless you!! Thanks again!!

@helene5421, these procedures have risks After doing 2 Colonics I experienced very bad Allergies for 18-24 months, taking probiotics does not always help restore Friendly bacteria, the gut is very complex, that's my experience and is not a recommendation, do what you want
Thank you for sharing so honestly. It's always good to know/see that it's not as big a deal as one fears it to be prior to ever doing it. I appreciated!

@@FaudineBastien Enema Kit
@@GoldenGateNum9 Thanks
@@FaudineBastien Don't get ripped off with these kits though, try and buy a glass kit if you can instead of toxic plastic, but you can easily make your own homemade enema for very very cheap, if you can be bothered though =), I made one using an empty drinking bottle and a sterile medical tube for under £2 =)
Of all the enema tutorials I've found on UA-cam, yours was the best because you actually did the procedure on camera. I'm suffering with constipation and I was a bit nervous but you gave me the courage to try. Luckily here in the states we have a ready-made soft plastic bottle with a lubed insertion top so no cords, bags, etc. It's called FLEET.
No es lo mismo el enema fleet que una enema hecha con irrigador y agua tibia
I tried using the fleet enema also and I just can't get it to work! The nozzle is only two and a half inches long! And I can't get my arm around to stick it in my..."giggy"! This one looks like it might work because it has such a long nozzle. Do you have problems with your fleet enema also and if so how do you get it to work finally? Comments please.
You are amazing for doing this! Igot this same kit about three weeks ago and I am anxious to use it. Your video was encouraging because you were nervous and you did it while documenting for people like me. Appreciate it!
Bravo brave man. Above and beyond in being an example for so many. I applaud you sir.
I recently started doing enemas and it has greatly helped with my bloating and constipation. Highly recommend!
Does it hurt?
@@roopagoudar20 Not at all. Feels a bit weird but not painful. If anything it's a lot less painful after emptying yourself out.
@@chastitywhiterose bulky hard stool stuck in my large intestine, I am having constipation because of that. I used laxative tablets, that bulky stool is not coming. Does enema clear it?
@@roopagoudar20 Yeah that's what it did for me. Some of it was just so stuck but washing it out with an enema was the trick. Another thing I did is that I used diet 7up for some of my enemas because the bubbles break down the poop in there in a way that normally doesn't happen.
@@chastitywhiterose Did you drink 7up before doing enema?
I for real needed this. No idea what I'm doing. Thanks for taking one for the team.
The first coffee enema I did I felt like I was on acid without the negative effects. I was just so happy, you should be using coconut oil for the lube.

The enema nervous-ness is SO real. I'm more nervous about the negative affects I'll feel once everything's in. It's definitely not pleasant. Thanks for opening the doors for everyone who doesn't know what it's like to even have to do this because of poor health or digestion. It's very unpleasant. But helps. I'm trying to get better at it. I still hate them. 😂
I hope you dont mind me asking - how do you feel right after doing it? Do you eat anything the day you do a coffee enema?
I just did my first enema today after work and i feel amazing. It was easy to do as well.
I may be having one done soon at the hospital. This helped me know I can do it and get thru it ok. Thanks for sharing!
Hope it goes well for you Sarah

Thanks Elvina, all the best with the process. After the third time it's like having your morning cup of coffee! Although perhaps not quite as enjoyable! But easy. Cam

It's a parasitic cleanser.

I'm really going to try this. My dad died of colon cancer and I don't want to be next.
Sorry to hear that Manda, hope it works well for you.
@@CamNicholls thanks ❤
Thank you for sharing!!

ua-cam.com/video/RWZSVUTGjRg/v-deo.html
I find that breathing up through my root chakra helps when the liquid wants to come out. I imagine the liquid coming up and in to my bowels as I breathe in. It helps! Also, thinking of other things and a meditative mindset (watching your thoughts) help. There will be times when you just can't hold it, which is why towels and an easy to clean floor are essential (bathtub or big shower floor are the best if available!). Lol this is such a hard topic to talk openly about, but it's a wonderful thing to do for health. I applaud this man for being so vulnerable!
I’M GRATEFUL TO YOU FOR SHOWING US . I’M SO COMPACTED ❤
hey, thanks for this. i have a different, much smaller enema that i have to do and im soo nervous... when you said "enema, not as bad as it sounds," it made me feel better. thanks !
Bloody legend, thanks for helping illuminate the unknown of what an enema is like :)
That's how I do it anyway 👍.
so you do 2 enemas in the same day?
I just water based anal sex lube. Makes for great clean anal sex with my wife and her bf.
Pure castor oil in a squirt bottle works very well. Just make sure it's in a glass bottle.
sure you can! @@nazishs.8327

Adam Scott Fit so what did it do for you ?
Tbh I don't really know. Highly anecdotal but I felt good after and 100% less bloated after foods. Also more energy!
Adam Scott Fit do you do it daily?
Not a chance! Ha. Too time consuming. The first week I did it 3 times. Then once a week and now every 2-3. I'm sure there are better protocols out there but I just went with this.
Adam Scott Fit I see. Basically my biggest issue is bloating and huge stomach pulse. How was your bloating b4 and was your stomach flat all the time afterwards

Thank you soooo much for this video. About to do mine now, I'll update this reply tomorrow. My first adult enema.
Thankyou for documenting the whole process. You're amazing.
I had no clear idea of what the actual enema consisted of until watching this video. Thank you so much for sharing. This was very thorough and informative. Now I have to just get over my fears
Same ….. I’m getting myself prepared 😑
My fvkn neighboors were knocking on my door asking if my girlfriend was alright.(She wasn't home at the time, but I told them we were watching a scary movie.)
After the first time you know what to expect and it gets easier if you ever have to do it again, but word to the wise, you dont need to do it every day. I'm pretty sure your docter will let you know, but for those just trying it out be warned.
ive been having enemas since i was 13 years old and i am now almost 50 years old. cant wait to have colonics! thanks for the video!!! you rock!!!
Green organic coffee filtered is best to use and organic coconut oil on the tip. Also, use distilled water so you reduce impurities from tap water etc. But watch your electrolytes after because the process will also flush out electrolytes.
thank you for sharing! i've been nervous to try my first, and this video has made me feel much better!
