If only I didn’t laugh it off or ignore it even though I enjoyed Chapter 5 so far. Although I had a skill issue because at one point I did play Chapter 2 but never ever played Chapter 1 due to once again, my skill issues.
well og has pretty much nothing interesting compared to other chapters, and the og season proved this to me. I didnt miss out on anything lol.
That Thanos event was so much fun....After that event was over, I stopped playing fortnite and skipped the entire Chapter 2 of fortnite.
I started back playing in chapter 3 season 1. All the way until now....I miss a lot of good stuff in chapter 1 & 2
I love how Fortnite has become a game where you can crank as Peter Griffin, race with Goku, Sing Buddy Holly with Rick Sanchez and Omni-Man, while simultaneously being a Lego minifigure.
Yeah its actually insane. Its become its own ecosystem now basically. Whether that will reward Epic long term idk

I love Chapter 5 the most out of all of them, and I started playing in Seasons X. Chapter 4 was mid compared to 5

Fantastic video, it was super cool seeing the history of Fortnite through a statistical pov, it also made me realize how nostalgic this game is to me now too(just by mentioning the tactics people learned and new features added+the community's reception). I will say though, I am scared for Fortnite's future given how popular the OG season was... A lot of other games out there rely on old content now(call of duty cough cough) to a point I'm so damn bored. I don't even like the OG map as much as the previous chapter's map... the OG map just didn't age that well imo(it's nostalgic but isn't refined at all, big hills make things super unbalanced). Also I really agree that the newest movement overhaul is so much worse, I miss the animations and gameplay prior to the current chapter... I really dislike how everything can be used while walking too. It was so much better when the med-mist was one of the only things available for that...
Ohhhh, that's interesting how the building meta boomed around when they introduced Playground, that makes sense

As as a person who started playing Chapter 4 Season 1,
I hate Chapter 5. All the seasons of chapter 4 was great (despite season 3 being a werid subject with the player base).

Nostalgia and the need for what once was will forever be there and people will always complain if it isn’t and as someone who started at the beginning it was really fun to go back to OG but Fortnite is good and has been good all the way through even at the “worst of seasons” people just whine about everything online and that’ll never change
It really isn’t unclear it’s consistently updated and one of the most popular live services, all the complaining is the minority online that just seem like a majority because they are vocal about it
